Goo room at a good price

No one was at the desk when we arrived. We had to call a number and the ‘boss’ was shopping. Finally man who had limited English came and showed us a very unsatisfactory room which we turned down. He then showed us a nice room. When the ‘boss’ showed up she refused to compensate us for the the frustrating check-in and was quite rude. We were very tired and did not need this problem. The person in the morning was wonderful as was the breakfast.

It was a good place to overnight on our road trip

Ok hotel. There is no elevator so if you stay on the 2nd floor you’ll have to take all your luggage up the stairs. It’s a little noisy and the bathroom need some serious upgrade and proper cleaning.

Front desk gentleman didn't speak or understand English. The room was dirty.. except the bedding was clean. Bathroom was the dirtiest.

Didn't like NO elevator! Parking lot was not all paved! Breakfast didn't start until 7:00. Most travelers wanted to get up and start traveling before then. The person checking us in couldn't speak English and needed to buzz for help! Hot water was cool and cold water in self serve drink area near check in desk was luke warm. Even though it is "self serve" the workers should check to see the dispensers are appropriately filled with hot and cold as labeled.

I’m sorry to say that this is a dirty rundown and walk up to my door two time and couldn’t even get in the room key didn’t work and the hall way stunk like piss and I did not stay in left And would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

Manager was horrendous. I won’t even waste my time to explain the situation it was that ridiculous. I will say this, i stay in hotels about 200 days a year, now in all truth they are normally marriotts. I have never in my 50 years of travel whether for business or personal have I ever been “kicked” out but none the less this is what occurred. I was screamed at in the lobby, literally chased down the hall being screamed at. This was the most disgusting, embarrassing and unprofessional occurrence I have encountered. And just for the record this place was not clean or a place I would have chosen normally anyway so I was more than happy to get a refund and leave.

Bathtub was gross. It’s plastic and the cut a section out and patched it and it looks like it’s been like that for awhile because it’s discolored. Not sure if we had fresh sheets or not. Small tv and run down. Front desk attendant did not ask for credit card which is unusual when you book online and offered no receipt.

The staff was nice enough, but smelled of cigarettes, as did the hallway. The room didnt smell, thankfully, but it was very dirty. I had to ask them to vacuum the room, there was dry mud all over the floor. It obviously hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The bathroom was horrible. The beds were very comfortable though.

I would never recommend this motel to anyone traveling. It’s dirty and rundown. The facility is in a neighborhood that is degrading. I can go into more details on how dirty it was, but I don’t want to gross anyone out.

Would not recommend this property. The property condition was pretty poor and very dirty. Staff however was friendly. The night auditor wasn’t dressed properly for the position and was rather provocative.

Upon arrival at this hotel we were assigned a second floor room although we'd specifically required a first floor room. Upon arriving at our room we found it had not been made up. There were numerous other shortcomings.

Handy to interstate and downtown. Front desk people were nice. Weeds growing all around building, paint flaking off and dingy looking. Breakfast lady grumpy.

We checked in our pre-paid rooms at midnight, one of the staff gave us an occupied room making everyone embarrassing, and there was no available room left. The hotel owners were nice enough to give us a place to live, that I appreciate. So we were arranged to the motel on the other side of the street. That motel, I would say I'm not very satisfied, some smell of smoke, spots on the sheets, and the bathroom is not very clean; but that is okay to me as I'm not a very picky guy. I don't think it is the problem with the cleaning staff; rather, it is the problem with the hotel manager; the rooms should have been renovated. Two days later I received calls from them, claiming a pillow and a lamp was missing from the room and asking me if we took them. This is really funny because I was not even living in the hotel I booked. Why would I drove 3000 miles from east coast for taking a pillow and a lamp from your room? Overall, I would say, the hotel owners were nice. But I would suggest improve your hotel management quality.

Very comfortable beds! Property run down and rooms very outdated. Bathrooms needed some overhauling as well. Lots of leak spots on ceiling and drywall patches that were unfinished. I would stay $50 to sleep there and that’s all.

The "hot" breakfast had 2 sausages and 1 yogurt. There was no pool. The friendliness of the 1 employee was saw was awful. We interrupted her smoke break to check in. No one was available at check out. Would absolutely NOT stay there again.

The room was OK for one night. The bathroom was very small and set in the corner. The door wouldn't even close. The worst part was that on check-in the person barely said anything to me and didn't seem willing to answer questions; then on check-out there was NOBODY available - just had to put the keys in a box and leave. I needed a receipt and hoped they would email it to me, but no email follow up and I still don't know if they charged what was agreed or not. The facility was old, outdated and just acceptable for staying one night. I would not stay here multiple nights.

it was a good stay I was suppose to have a king size beed but it had two twins and to get your luggage inyou had to carri them up stair

they need to put in a ramp so you can use the luggage cart them stepp is not fun when you are old.

First room the hotel put us in smelled like dog pee so bad! Room 131. It was awful. We didn’t even set our things down. We shut the door and went back to the front desk right away to let them know the issue. The man’s response was to open the window to let it air out. I said no and asked for another room which he was still hesitant to give me! He mentioned “oh yeah, that is our pet room” I do not have any pets with me. Why would you put me in pet room!? It was disquieting. The next room 202 was not bad. The walls definitely need paint and the room did not smell like pee but it wasn’t as bad. Definitely an outdated hotel. I do not expect the world and an amazing room at a hotel ever. It’s a place to sleep that it. But for $120 a night on a Sunday night in the middle of no where. They need to step up their game or charge around $60 a night.
