Everything was fine except that the shower didn’t work as no lever or way to push the water from the faucet part up to the shower head. I did take pictures in case there was a question. I didn’t see staff when I left in the morning so didn’t report it but it had to be obvious to ataff

The hotel was fine while we were there. Very close to the interstate so it had some noise at night. The frustration came the next day when we had checked out and I realized I had left my prescription glasses in the bathroom. I called the front deak and the man was incredibly difficult. I asked if I could pay the bill to have my glasses sent to me and he refused to help. He said I had to come pick them up but I was already 9 hours away in Kansas at that time. For a hotel off I-80 one would think they would be more accomodating to travelers who are clearly driving through.

Food is not the best.

I had terrible time there! They charged me for a service animal! They asked for “service animal card” which is not a thing. They asked why I need my service animal. Then argued with me about it. Staff was rude. Hotel room shower was broken and only thing that was nice was lady that cleans rooms did a good job. There dog poop all over grass. Breakfast was cold and hard right when it opens.

Facility not well cared for. No heat was on in room when we arrived at 11:00pm and it was 18 degrees outside. Parking lot so icy it was difficult to walk into the building.

stayed at Days Inn Wyndham two nights earlier and it was great. breakfast was horrible. o.j. watered down, chipped beef watered down too. Yuk!! sausage pale and uncooked looking, probably microwaved. no yogurt, no pastry. Solid ice on entry both arriving and morning.

Dirty room, rude front desk staff. Pet friendly only if you take the worst room in the place. No refrigerator, no clock, hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor, stained carpet, desk chair has so many stains I’d sit on the dirt before sitting in it. Peeling paint on bathroom walls, toilet loose and rocks when you sit on it. At 4am an alarm went off in the next room, right by my head. It kept going. Went to front desk staff just looked at me like what do you want me to do. Went back to room, 15 minutes later still going off. Back to desk he finally came to room to hear it. It stopped finally. At 5:15 am it started again. Back to desk. Here it is 5:30 am and I’m still listening to this dang alarm because the front desk staff will do nothing about it. Best advise is to avoid this place! Unless you like dirty rooms and alarms going off at all hours of the morning, Going to front desk again for the 4th time!!!!

Toilet ran all night long and would not flush. Was told at checkin that I had the last room -- was not told that it was the last room re: my online reservation. The next morning, treated like crap and Jay would not write down the phone number for the manager - "you can look it up" --- lots more - hoping there are videos as the whole check out was AWFUL.

We got what we paid for, a small room, hotel is rather hard to find, staff was OK. It was an OK stay but nothing to rave about.

The most filthy place I have been to. Needs to be shut down.

Super super dirty. Bathrooms and showers dirty. Would not recommend to anyone at all. Horrible

The Hotel was ok, The Elevator needs to be cleaned up, which is no big deal for my stay. Rooms are small but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy access to the freeway and services.

When the sheets are stained. Window cushions are stained and desk chair is stained…you get a feeling of dirty and uncomfortable. Rooms are extremely small. And beds are uncomfortable. I’ll never stay here again.

We were given a dirty unmade room three times. The 4th room was ok but the entire building had a bad smell. I didnt expect a five star experience for the price but clean and smelling good would have been nice.

Room was OK, but old. Sink was cracked, sheets well worn. The breakfast was included but limited choices, had cold sausage and eggs, non hot, not warm, but cold to the touch.

The microwave in the room was dirty; the breakfast hot food was cold and we had to take to our room and use the dirty microwave to heat it up, the orange juice was?? Not sure. Not impressed 😑

when entering elevator walls appeared to be streaked with some type of matter. stainless steel walls appeared as if never wiped.

The elevator was nasty, which did not leave a good first impression. It needs a serious cleaning. It put the cleanliness of the rest of the facility into question. The air conditioner did not seem to work, but we were able to open the window for fresh air and cool down. The breakfast sausage was not cooked. It was gray in color and the gravy did not seem heated. So we left and ate elsewhere.

The staff were nice. But the room needed some cleaning around base boards and the sheets were ill fitting and there was no refrigerator in room as shown on site. There was hair on bed sheets that wasn’t my color. Also the breakfast had flies all over food and the trays of hot food were empty at 630 with no one in sight to ask for a refill

Quite area. Easy access off interstate. Check in was easy.

First time staying here. Room was clean and comfortable

Great rate. Hotel is new. No restaurants near by.

Refrigerator that was advertised as in room was missing. Toilet wouldn't flush without reaching into tank. And little things like no 1/2 & 1/2 for coffee and juice machine broken.

Close to the interstate so lots of traffic noise. Common area in lobby kind of dirty.
