Love the staff always hella cool love this motel 6

It‘s a awful motel! Everywhere dog poop around the motel and creepy people in and around the building!!

The front desk employees are super helpful and understanding. The rooms are clean and it feels homey

It was convenient next to a lot of businesses

The front desk staff were very friendly at check-in and answered all our questions appropriately. The room itself was a bit beat up with marks on the table and floors and there was no shampoo/conditioner. Overall at fairly average 3 star accommodation

Taylor at the front desk reception was AMAZING! What service! After a long drive, her incredibly upbeat, friendly, accomodating demeanor both relaxed and energized me. First impressions go a long way for any business, and Taylor's is a major selling point for Motel 6. She deserves a bonus!!!

I did not like it at all. The staff was rude when I got there. I got harassed by the employee right off the bat. The room stunk and it was dirty. Just a horrible experience.

Convenient location of Stores

Better than expected. However, lots of homeless drug addicts nearby. Hotel staff spends a lot of effort to keep them off the property. Stayed three nights. No maid service, trash removal,or fresh towels at all during our stay. Unfortunately this seems to be getting more common everywhere we go.

Would not recommend staying here. I had two room changes and each time the rooms smelled like cigarettes smoke in a non smoking room. Ironic I know. Then the first clerk that switched out rooms failed to put in the system so during the second night we were denied access to our new room until I spoke with their manager. Definitely not worth paying a si for penny here ever again or in any Motel 6 anywhere.

Bed bugs in half the rooms

Felt unsafe had to go to another hotel for the night. Too many people doing drugs in the parking lot. Felt the car would be broken into overnight.

Cannot sleep all night the one on top off me make noise and in my room was like off i smoke and outside was not safe will never return there

Mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable.

The motel is okay, staff was friendly, but the people hanging out in the parking lot made me uneasy.

Staff was very nice but key card system was down so had to have staff let you into your room. Room smelled of smoke, tv was dark with weird big white spots in the screen. Not things I would usually complain about but for the price, I would expect a bit better.

The front desk person was LOVELY but I was not comfortable with the fact that they dint have any room keys and security would have to let us into our room. Staff was very nice and courteous but the security issue was a deal break for me.

I will never stay at Motel 6 again. I had just checked in went to bathroom and there was feces on the seat, gnats like being in a produce section. Air conditioner was filthy and noisy. The room was in poor repair. The refrigerator obviously not cleaned because there were melting popsicles in freezer. I felt dirty the whole time there was no tissues, shampoo, coffee pot, I didn't walk barefoot because the floor had stuff on it. The door had 1/4 gaps all around it. NEVER AGAIN

The staff goes above and beyond, super friendly and helpful

It was good the young lady that was working the front desk was very nice and helpful with excellent customer service. The only thing that I could say was wrong was that there were too many people that was hanging out at night and during the day. that would be my only bad remark otherwise it was good.

So unwell people in the parking lot. Building looks tired and dirty.

Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant, helpful, and respectful. The room, however, was horrible!! There was a TON of dirt and garbage under the bed, the counter tops were dirty, there was food left in the refrigerator which had grown mold, (and I am allergic to mold) the toilet kept clogging, the refrigerator (that we paid extra for) wouldn't get cold enough so our food kept spoiling and/or smelling bad. Basically, everything about the room was NOT habitable & completely unacceptable. The few maids that I interacted with were rude and clearly weren't doing their jobs. The guests upstairs were very loud and it sounded like they were bowling and constantly fighting. It was hard to sleep some nights because of the noise.
