Jennifer was wonderful. I always go to holiday inn express because the beds are always comfortable. this one though the beds leave a lot to be desired. hotel could use some updating but it was kept clean and staff were very helpful

Staff was very friendly and attentive, place is well maintained, very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Very nice breakfast, but food line is a little cramped for space. Nice pool, hours are only 9 am to 10 pm, and wish they were about a hour earlier and and a hour later.

It was an ok stay. Nothing spectacular. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was decent. Gym had a couple of things that didn't work.

Room was dirty. Hair in tub, stains on furniture. Will not stay there again!

When checking in couldn’t find lady for almost 15-20 min no one was at the desk. There was hair and dirt in the jetted tub and on the curtains and on the pillows. The jetted tub jets was very weak and one didn’t work also very small. The room took 6 hours to heat up with it being 38 degrees outside. Very unhappy for the price I paid.

You get what you pay for. It was clean but some things were in need of repair. My sink leaked onto the floor. There was a ceiling leak in the breakfast area. The staff was pleasant and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable.

Beautiful rooms! Super comfortable I will definitely return! Such a bummer I slept in and missed breakfast, I can blame the super soft pillow top mattress for that!

it's at a convenient location to get to downtown Seattle or the premium outlets. The breakfast is good with an acceptable number of choices. The room is ok and standard Holiday Inns style. Staff was attentative and nice to deal with.
However, they randomly charge things to your credit card without your knowledge. And they don't follow up to resolve the issue (no phone call, no email, no good explanation, just nothing). If I haven't checked my card statement, nobody would have caught this mistaken charge. I have to be the one to chase the manager down to get an answer, and it's not satisfying. While I understand people make mistakes, it's just not ok that nobody took the ownership to correct their mistake.
I have stayed at many different Holiday Inn in different countries and cities, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with them.

We are regular guests at the hotel and Instead of sleeping in a twin room as we requested , the night manager gave us a two queen beds and we were not happy about it. Night Manager was terrible , hotel guests had to wait at the front desk until she was done with her smoking.

We arrived in the area ahead of schedule and the staff was quite accommodating and we were able to enter our room a bit ahead and run off to the wedding. However, there wasn’t hot water this am for showers—warm at best. Last night, they were fine—very hot—but not today.

Never got there because of bad weather and got a phone call from them at 2:30 AM telling us our reservation was cancelled which I had been trying to do for a week.

I had through expedia changed my reservation to only stay one night. We i arrived at the property they told me it wasnt changed but I wouldn't be charged for the other night as long as checked out the next day. Well they charged me for 2 nights anyway and when i tried to talk with the lady at the desk she told me that the hotel person expedia talked to messed up as he didnt ask the manger permisson to change my reservation. Apparently, its up to the manager if you stay less or want to vhange the reservation. The manager the day before said we have to change the reservation through expedia and i told him i had. Expedia even called and he was very passive aggressive with them. When trying to get a refund, the hotel told expedia they dont issue refunds. There were other poeple that were having troubles as well. Ine lady behind us at check in had booked online days in advance on the hotels site and the manager told her they didnt have her reservations. Becareful with this place.

The room was clean and efficient. Staff was friendly and good area to be. Close to food, shopping and I5.
We disliked the pool and hot tub. One of the resons we went to this hotel. The chlorine was awful. There was way too much as our skin was very irritated and our eyes were stinging. We had to get out and avoid for the rest of iur 3 night stay.

They cancelled our second room because they wanted more money…said our second room charge didn’t go through. This holiday in are crooks. Please don’t represent them on Expedia.

This was our second stay here in 2023. During this stay, we got clean towels and our bed was made everyday.

Room keys needed constant recalibration, hot tub was cold and nasty.

My stay was very good! I like the room cleanliness and the room was very quiet and comfortable. The only thing I was uncomfortable with was the bed was harder than most I have slept in before. Otherwise I enjoyed everything else and would visit again and recommend to friends and family.

The first floor rooms smelled really bad. Luckily the staff gave me another room on the third floor.

When i arrived the female staff was rude said my room was not ready till 3:20 after 30 min i was given the keys and went upstairs and the rm was still not ready i waited till 4:00 pm . This hotel was understaffed. Hopefully nxt time i have a better experience.

Heat not working, one outlet in bathroom worked only when light was on, cleaning service didn’t fill shampoo and conditioner and always gave us three towels when there was four of us in the room. Very friendly staff

Check in was easy. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was very clean. Interiors are all modern. Pool was small but enjoyable. Hot tub was also nice. We slept well in our perfectly warm and quiet room on comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious and well-stocked, right up to 10:00 a.m. Luggage carts made check out easy too. Everything about our stay was perfect.

Very poor communication between Expedia and the hotel. Had to cancel booking via Expedia when I reached the hotel due to difference in communication between hotel and Expedia. Had to rebook at the hotel at a higher price

Kids loved that it had an indoor pool and it was super convenient right off the freeway. But still nice and quiet

Breakfast was good! Everything was still warm when I dined which was in the middle of the breakfast period! Nice touch, the manager personally greeted me with a warm “Good Morning”
