Great front desk employees, very helpful.
The room is very tiny. There is not enough room to walk around unless you are by yourself.

Only property to have required everyone’s ID staying in the room, which made it very scary. It made it feel like it was normal for them to get crimes. It was very loud with traffic, location is not ideal. They also require $100 deposit and may take 7-10 business days to return.

Reserve two separate room for my friends and family. Once showed up to check in process took over 30 min. Then after check in I left to go shopping and only to a room that they booked out for another customer. Very inconvenience by this all they said was sorry not their fault. WOW!!!! not your fault I guess its my fault to consider my stay with you Quality INN!!!!

The walls are extremely thin. Could hear our next door neighbors loud and clear when they decided to come back at 2am. They were having loud conversations, turning the tv volume up, and we could hear whenever they opened and closed the door. So if you don't plan on sleeping, this is the place for you.

Surprisingly clean and remodeled motel. Interiors looked quite modern. I didn't get to take advantage of the free breakfast but there was a waffle maker.
The room looked ok but the walls were paper thin. Wasn't even in the front unit and traffic and people outside sounded so loud I thought I left the window open.
The door frame had massive gaps so cold air leaked in all night. Cranked the thermostat to 75 and was still cold on and off when the wind blew.
If you bring ear plugs and aren't bothered by cold and draft it's a good value.
But if you have trouble sleeping with noise and/or cold think twice.

The room was what I asked for, a ground floor room with parking at the room entrance, but it faced the street with a lot of traffic. At the intersection of Massie Ct/Mimosa Way and Stockton Blvd metal plates crossed this street and when a large truck drove over them it sounded like a large explosion, I asked when will the repair be completed and was told it had been like this for years and don't expect it to change.

The property was nice if you stayed in a back room. The traffic on the 2 roads that sided with the corner property was very loud if you stayed in a front room.
The staff was very nice and accommodated us when we asked to change rooms.

The location is scary with homeless people and there is no proper entrance.

The grew and facilities were awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Our stay was very comfortable and we will do it again.

We stayed at the Quality Inn while in a business trip. We learned it has recently been renovated and as a result was really nice. New showers and bathroom, vanity mirror lights up, hairdryer, coffee msker, microwave and refrigerator. AC was great. Service was good the first 2 days, on the Saturday they gave us new towels but did not clean or make the bed. We got coffee of refills but no cups to make the coffee in! Pretty good free breakfast, great coffee, waffle maker, chicken sausages and fluffy scrambled eggs. They need to keto up a bit better with refills during peak hours. There could be another table and chairs or benches added as there was limited seating. Overall I would stay there again!

The staff was so nice. Our toilet wasn’t working and they had a maintenance guy to our room in 5 minutes. The bed was comfy and there was a nice sized mini fridge to put our food in. Overall very nice for the price and the area.

very nice stay, the place looked freshly renewed, very clean garden area. Had a decent breakfast, the only draw back was it was noisy, it's right next to a major intersection with lots of traffic.
