I had a surprise visit from family members over Thanksgiving, ended up staying here for 6 days. The home was not clean. There wasn’t enough towels to support 6 guests, as I requested. The pool table is awful; broken, warped, not one functional que, nor are there even similar sized balls to play. Plus, the HVAC system couldn’t warm the house during the “cold” 48 degree nights. The worst part is the honesty of the owners. I was charged for taking towels, yeah, even though they didn’t provide enough. Also sheets, even though I clearly communicated with the owner this was incorrect. They only responded after VRBO took the extra money, stating I agreed to paying this extra fee, when I clearly did not. Lastly, I believe the owners came to the property during my rental time, without informing me. Garbages were moved and windows were opened up, from inside the house. This is a scary feeling and my family are still uneasy. We feel violated. The owner is just horrible. I believe I was falsely charged money because I brought up issues with the home. Do yourself a favor and get a hotel room if this home is your only option. Honestly, I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here for free.

Very limited supplies in kitchen, not even a cookie sheet. The bed was broken, pool table broken-among many other things around the house. We rent out our home monthly and expect more when renting a vacation home.

My family and I enjoyed every part of our stay during the week here. It made us feel like we weren’t away from our own home. We will be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.
