The cleanest place I stayed at in years!!! Well worth the money! I would honestly pay more to stay here! And the stay were super sweet and competent and helpful!

Just a quick overnight stay on our way to Disney. And you couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. The staff at the front desk was always kind and helpful and the rooms are some of the cleanest I've ever stayed in.

Very, very basic accomodations -- but as expected for the price. Small room, small bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well, TV, refrigerator and microwave all working. Nothing to write home about, but a good place to crash for the night.

It was pretty good. Pros: Room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Location right off of I-75. Value very good! The bed was comfy. TV service adequate. Great fridge that had a freezer that actually kept ice and things frozen. Daily housekeeping was nice, which I'm finding less and less at hotels. And toiletries were supplied daily. I didnt use the unsecure wifi, but most hotels are unsecure anyway. Cons: I hate how hotels short sheet bedding now! And only 1 chair in the room to accommodate 2 people, a table with no chairs so having to eat on the bed is a hassle, another lamp next to the other side of the bed is really needed as room is dark, only 2 available outlets, again one is needed on the other side of bed, a very tight shower, and the breakfast is not good. They do try hard to give choices for breakfast, but here is what you get : paper bags with prepackaged donuts, cinnamon buns & such, along with a granola bar, options for instant oatmeal( but no milk in sight to go with), carafes of coffee, a water dispensing hot or cold water for tea, and pleasant surprise of fresh fruit, local oranges ( sweet, too!) and bananas. I have diabetes so I struggled with this part.
Most of the cons were really almost inconsequential if you were staying only a night or 2, but we had to stay for 5 nights to attend a funeral, so it was slightly a bother, & the only reason I mention them.
I would stay again, tho, I would just be better prepared, and I am okay with that.

This is a no frills hotel. I do have to say the front desk lady was extremely nice and so accommodating when we arrived at 2am. There is no breakfast. There are a couple of apples and bananas. No milk or juice of any kind. Overall clean

It was a nice respite. The room was good and properly stocked each day. I did miss a continental-style breakfast like many hotels have but I wasn't really in the hotel more than to sleep and relax after my day.

This is my new favorite hotel, I fly into town every two weeks and for a while I was staying at a different nearby hotel That was a little bit cheaper, but comparably the cheaper place was horrendous. I’m glad I decided to try something new because it was such a night and day difference everything about this place is great, and absolutely worth the 17$ more. there was even a night that my key card wasn’t letting me into the room so I went down to the office and they were very helpful and kind and one of the staff members even walked me back to my room with her key just to make sure that I was able to get in and didn’t have to walk back again .

My wife and I stayed in this Americas Best Value on our way to south Florida. We have never stayed in one before. The woman who checked us in was great. The rooms was clean and comfortable. It was close to numerous restaurants. The price was very fair. The only downside is the shower isn't special but it served its purpose. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Needs updating! Very much 70’s decor! It was clean, I will give it that. We made our reservations over a month ago, but when we checked in, they put us on the second floor. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs! Being in our 70’s, this was not an easy task!

In very bad need of updating! The electrical outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work. Room was very tiny. No plug in by the bed for my husband’s Cpap unit….had to go ask for an extension cord.

Only one light in the room, no hair dryer, tv was out of adjustment mostly black and white, and breakfast was a joke. Breakfast consists of a brown bag with a muffin in it and your choice of a banana or orange.

Property is clean, well maintained. Rooms are small but clean, neat, and all you need for a nights’ stay. It was also quiet at night - no outside noise.

I love staying here. Our family has land in Jasper that we come by to work and check up on and this hotel checks off all of the boxes. Reasonable rate, no frills hotel. The rooms are fairly small but the carpet is clean and freshly vacuumed, beds are comfortable with clean, fresh linens and the HVAC unit blows good cold or hot air. Fridge, microwave and cable TV. Shower is hot with good pressure and spray. I love the little bagged breakfasts and how they are available until 11 am for us late sleepers. I always get the sugar donuts as a treat albeit they are not the healthiest. They also offer fresh fruit (bananas, tangerines, and now grapefruit) and instant oatmeal and grits for lower sugar options. The also have teas (organic green tea!), coffee and hot chocolate. It is a nice spread. All they need are cold hard-boiled eggs and this girl would be spoiled. The check out staff are very nice and the location is well located to the highway with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The only issue is we had 3 individuals staying in the room with the standard 2 person towel setup. I just need to remember to ask for an extra set of bath linens. All in all, great bang for your buck! I am starting to like Lake City more and more! Can't wait to go back!

I liked that we could park a truck and trailer in view of our room. Shower was unique. I didn’t mined it. Kind of cool. Toilet rocked. Rooms are small but fine for a quick stop over while traveling. Price was $30 over quality.
