the pool was closed

Very smelly guest room. Hallways had a strong air freshener odor as well. Bathroom tiny. Looks like the carpets need to be replaced (they should consider laminate flooring).

So big and roomy. The bed was so comfortable. Nice upgrade to a suite.

The window sill was rotted away. The carpet needed cleaning, the soap was so old it crumbled when opened and the shower drain wouldn’t stay open. The elevator floors were coming apart.

The hotel and room was clean. The front desk staff was professional and kind. The outdoor sitting area could use some sprucing up and the staff that dealt with the breakfast seemed to be a bit frustrated. They put out milk that was expired and when informed they brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. All in all the stay was good and served the purpose.

Hotel advertised a pool that was closed. Refrigerator in the room did not work. Also the ac unit did not work well and the room did not get cold.

We never got there. Our plane had mechanical problems and the hotel would not work with me or the agent from Hotels.com. I will never stay at this brand again.

This hotel was just Ok. While the bed was incredibly comfortable, the corridors had a terrible smell. Things like the toilet paper and tissues were of the cheapest quality but staff was friendly. Don’t expect bells and whistles. It’s just an Ok place to spend the night without spending a lot.

Great all around! Room was clean and well stocked. Atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Very nice desk people!

The staff was good and room was spacious that is why I gave 2 stars. Other than that, not much I can say good about. It was noisy with early morning flight take off and late night touch down. The room sound proof was horrible and the next door came back late and start shouting laughing, I had to call front desk to intervene. The elevator does not work, stack in 2nd floor not able to close the door. Breakfast was just very so so.

The layout of the room was good. We worried about the noise being that close to the airport, but that was not an issue. The coffee was bad, but also the water in the pitcher by the front desk tasted funny, so it might just be the way the water in the area.

Elevator not working properly. Carpets need replacement. Outdoor seating worn and fire pit not working. Staff were pleasant, room was spacious and clean.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel with my family. The breakfast was good and every interaction with employees was positive. The room was comfortable, my only complaint was that the kitchen wasn't well stocked with dishes and utensils and there was nothing in the room to clean any dirty dishes.

We stayed from Friday night to Sunday and really enjoyed our stay here! No complaints at all. We arrived very late Friday evening and the staff at the front desk was very warm and welcoming (and funny!). The place smells CLEAN. The hallway glade scents can be a little overpowering but not enough for us to complain about it. The room smelled like clean laundry. Everything was very clean and fresh. We woke up too late for breakfast Saturday but stopped in on Sunday and it was great! We got there a little before 9 (they close at 9:30) and they were still putting food out as more guests were coming in. It was what you expect out of a continental breakfast, eggs, sausage, hash browns, make it yourself waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit. PLENTY of options. The planes do fly very close but to be honest, it didn’t bother us or interrupt our sleep at all. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very nice. The huge issue was that it literally is right under the flight line for take offs and landings from the airport. I have stayed at hotels on the other side of of the roadway for work travel, and the noise is hardly noticeable. At this hotel it woke me up from sleep at midnight and 6am. And the noise is not subtle.

I had a one day business trip that needed to be close to the airport.

Staff greeted us and check in was quick and easy. Loved our room set up with fridge, micro, and sink partitioned off. Allow one of us to finish getting ready with a sink and big mirror, while the other showered. Bed was very comfy. Definitely will choose Country Inn and Suites when we use RDU!

The staff is excellent!! It’s always nice clean and smelling good.

Well. When I was checking in by a lovely lady. A man came up to the desk and asked if I was sure my name wasn’t Mrs. Jones? I didn’t understand what that meant until I went to the room to google. And the urban dictionary states the following ud Urban Dictionary https://www.urbandictionary.com › ... Mrs. Jones 1.) adj. To be a Mrs. Jones; A woman who has an affair with a man while she is in a relationship. See adultery. I am absolutely disgusted and insulted implying that I am literally checking into a room with my husband and I would cheat one him? Never in my life have I felt gross by a comment made by a front desk man. Also something kept making us sneeze didn’t get any relief until we left the building.

No hot water. Warm at best. Now for the worst part THERESA IN THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS A NASTY OLD HAG. WE CAME DOWN EXPECTING A NICE GOOD MORNING WELCOME. WE WERE HARRASSED BY HER THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE EATING AND FELT AS OF WE WERNT WELCOMED. SHE WAS YELLING AT ME BECAUSE I HAD MY BAGS WITH ME AND AHE SAOD THEY WERE BLOCKING A TABLE THAT WE WERE SITTING AT. THEN SHE WAS YELLING AT MY GRANDDAUGHTER THAT SHE WASNT ALLOWED TO HELP HERSELF TO THE BREAKFAST. SHE IS ABOUT TO BE 8 NEXT WEEK. SHE IS MORE THEN CAPABLE OF POURING HER OWN JUICE. THE BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE. THE RUBBERY EGGS WERE STONE COLD. THE SAUSAGE PATTIES WERE COLD AND UNDER COOKED. THE POTATOES WERE WET AND COLD. THE MILK WASNT SITTING ON ICE. I WILL BE EMAILING CORPORATE TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THERESA HARRASSING US. NOT SURE IF ITS BECAUSE WE ARENT HER RACE BUT SHE TREATED EVERYONE ELSE OF COLOR WITH REPECT BUT NOT THE WHITE TRAVLERS. SHE NEEDS TO BE RE TRAINED OR FIND A NEW JOB PERIOD.

It was easy to get to the car rental drop-off and airport especially when our flight was at 6am.

Very welcoming staff, comfortable bed and room. Only issue was a noisy fan on AC/heater unit…didn’t start until already in bed so dealt with it. Everything else was good.

I would NOT stay again, Property was old and outdated. Had a smell in hallways and elevator. I only spent one night thankfully so i was able to manage. The lobby/breakfast area was nicer than the rest of the building.
