It was lovely. The bed was super comfortable and very clean. The hotel has some age signs but I felt safe and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Airport shuttle was great. Will stay there any time I come to Raleigh.

Terrible experience. I called from airport for shuttle and after an hour and a half waiting zone I called again .
They try to find my reservation but nothing .. never mentioned before !!
Trying to reach an agent to hotel.com and again the site had shut down!!!
I can’t proceed in a cancellation and after 2 hours missing at airport I’ll go to Expedia and book an hotel in 5 minutes and shuttle be there 10 minutes after !!!

I booked this hotel specifically because it indicated 24/7 front desk and airport shuttle. When I called for the shuttle at 00:07 I was told the shuttle stopped at 00:00 and there was nothing they could do. I took a Lyft to hotel - where they had taken the time to print the portion of their website that indicated their shuttle hours -- yet they had done nothing with my reservation. After a long wait -- I was placed in a very old, drab room (nothing like the pictures shown). The toilet didn't flush and the smoke alarm started going off while I tried to sleep.

Walking in the lobby looked very nice and clean. Getting into the room it smelled kinda stale and almost musty. The bed was not very comfortable. It felt lumpy in the middle and the outside felt hard. At first we were excited to be right by the back door just to be able toget out to the car easily. Little did we know you we would be hearing every time someone went in and out of the door. There were times when we could smell smoke from other people smoking outside the back door because they must have been smoking right outside the door. We stayed for 2 days and didn't get our bed made or fresh towels. The room we were in was handicap accesible and there wasn't a tub, just a shower curtain so the floor was always wet after showering. We did pick a place by the airport and you will definitely remember because you will hear planes every once in a while. Breakfast during the weekdays is from 6am to 8am was all packed up by 8am.

It was clean but unremarkable (neither negative nor positive). It worked for me and my child. Would stay again on a deal. A little bit pricey for the nothing that you get.

Check in was good, clerk very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is in need of updating. Stains at the HVAC vents from condensate. The exercise room was not bad but had no cleaning supplies for the equipment. The room is wore out. Cobwebs all over the ceilings, AC unit leaking water soaking the carpet in front of it. Mattresses are wore out , you lay down you sink into it. Very uncomfortable, no support at all. We had to tighten the security bar lock on door. Screws are stripped out on several of them. The security door at the end of corridor had it's locking mechanism knocked loose
Staff were friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast hours were 6 - 8, a pretty short time for travelers. Boiled sausage, watered eggs and good waffles a powerful combination. Good thing Cracker Barrel was less than a half mile away. In all hotel needs maintenance and upgrade to the property, especially for the rates they charge.

The room did not look as advertised. The hotel was run down and dirty looking. I saw at least two roaches in my room. The price was way too high for the quality of the room. The front desk service was very nice though.

Like other reviews we found the room and hotel to be updated on some things but quite worn in others - the elevators, the door into our bathroom, the woodwork in general. Just not up to the standard that I associate with La Quinta. But it was clean and comfy.

Hotel stay was comfortable. Room was clean as well as breakfast area. Upon arrival guest area was being vacuumed. Very close to airport. Definitely recommend.

Everything worked except the USB charging unit was out of commission. I brought my own but would rather have used the supplied unit. Replace the unit and don’t forget the USB-C plug-ins.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. It continues to decline. There are large trash bags laying around the hotel all day and overnight. There were hardly any supplies or snacks to sell- i mean just empty. They didn't even have bottles of water. The trash cans in the breakfast area were disgusting - this is after breakfast. Everything was so repulsively dirty. My room was not properly cleaned. There were hairs everywhere on the toilet and bath. I ended up cleaning it myself. Its terrible how badly this place is maintained becausr the staff is friendly and the hotel seemed to be remodeled maybe a year or two ago. It must be managed poorly cause who would allow the filthiness.

If i would have known the room doors open to outside, i would have never booked. Loud noise throughout my hall with doors slamming. Gym needs some work.

My day was OK. The area was a little rundown and there was construction going on. The planes fine over head were very noisy. The bed was comfortable though.

We did not have a pleasant experience checking into the hotel. The main issue was the front desk person was FaceTiming someone while checking us in. We had to repeat questions just to get their attention this delaying our checkin time. We were tired from our flight and all we needed was to get to our rooms and get some rest. Overall horrible customer service.

when i arrived around 545pm the recetionist did not even say hello, there was no paper or plastic cup to drink water. hotel can keep a wayer bottle in room prob costs< than a dollar. i loved the shower. all in all very disappoitng and in future will choose someother hotel.

Staff was friendly and it was very convenient to have airport shuttle BUT there was no soap in our room. We were told that all they had was shampoo and conditioner and they were awaiting a shipment of soap! We went and bought soap at a nearby gas station. No soap! How are you supposed to wash your hands and take a shower?

Tameka was very hospitable and the handicap room was very accommodating. Very clean!
The only problem that could have been better is not putting breakfast away an hour before the stated time, turning off the juice, etc. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!
