Amazing customer service. Provided a nice, clean place to stay over the weekend. Would definitely return. 10/10.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The check in was very good, we called ahead and requested an early check in and paid the early check in fee ($28). The rooms were nice and clean. There are amazing taco trucks up the road and it’s a 10 min walk to pharmacy’s and target. There are tons of really good Thai restaurants right around the corner. It’s actually not that bad of an area either.my husband and I even took a walk around midnight and we had no issues. It was great for the kids. The double rooms were very spacious. It’s also only a 10 minute drive to universal. Staff are very kind and accommodating. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.

It was okay. The TV didn’t work and it was noisy. The bed made lots of noise when getting up and down to use the restroom.

One night only. Area seems a bit dangerous. Few flaws but everything worked

Basic hotel room but it was clean and comfortable with adequate toiletries. Right on Sunset near Hollywood blvd, lots of eateries, Walgreens and Target as well as nearby freeway access. I def appreciated the free parking. I would def stay here again. Staff was friendly enough.

The good- Check in was smooth. Front desk person was nice, and the parking lot had a man making sure only guests could park there, and he was super friendly. Its an older building, but the lobby and room were updated. The room itself has had a lot of work done to it, and you can tell the owners are investing into the place. Had a great Thai restaurant right at the entrance. Its been there for years. The food was great, and the local Thai community also seems to love it for breakfast. The bad- Got a phone call from the frost desk in the middle of the night, saying i had parked in a handicap spot and needed to move my car. Being that the area isnt the safest, this made me uneasy to begin with. I went outside to find that my car was NOT in a marked handicap spot. In fact the 2 marked handicap spots were empty, i was completely across from them on the other side. The office person came out and told me i was too close to the (unobstructed and clear) path. He told me another guest had complained. I should have taken pictures. So at 1am, in an area of town thats not really safe, i was forced to move my car to another area that was not lit, with walls i couldnt see around in the back. I didnt see any cars with handicap placards or marked plates. And no one parked in handicap spots. Barely slept the rest of the night. Checked out in the morning and went somewhere else.

Basic room, has tv, wifi, microwave and refrig. Clean and safe, which are my top priorities. It was convenient for what the was doing that weekend. Parking free and right in front of my room.

The rooms are very clean. Some of the furniture is outdated. But it’s quiet and enough parking spots. The area is not super walkable.
