This was the best decision I made for my 5 days trip to Guelph. Wi-Fi, parking and breakfast are included in this charming cozy house and what a great healthy breakfast everyday! I would recommend to anyone travelling to Guelph!

The Turkish room is lovely. The bright colours made for a cheery stay, and thr linens and oleasure to cozy into. The bathroom is a couple stairs down, a unique and fun feature when choosing tobstay outside of big brand hotels. Exceptionally quiet was my favourite highlight

We had an amazing night. Loved the whole house, beautiful decor and an amazing breakfast prepared by sweet Amy! We will definately be coming back and already have our next room picked out!

This accommodation was charming. It is furnished with plenty of antiques and has updated amenities including comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this place and i would also return when im in the area.

Beautiful old house. The grounds at the entrance were a little overgrown. We thought the Dining Room / Main Floor, staircase up and hallway was beautiful.
The room itself looked a little tired. Could have used a fresh painting. The windows did not seem to open. The bathroom was spacious but the lighting was terrible. I also would have preferred that the bathroom have a door on the bathroom itself.
Angelina was the highlight. Lovely young girl who took care of us during our one night stay.

A beautifully decorated inn..very welcoming and lovely! The smell of fresh coffee as you enter. Complimentary breakfast delivered to your door and it is home cooked and delicious. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We definitely will return very soon to Norfolk Guest House in Guelph. 🌺

This a good B&B but not great. Lots of little things missing like no cleanex in the room so u need to use toilet paper, no coffee machine, glasses or water bottles in rooms, lack of info or instructions on how to get the continental breakfast and a whole list of fines if anything in the room is soiled. Pretty negative approach to renting out a room. Very little contact with the hostess of the facility until leaving.

Janet was a super host and didn't hesitate to engage and provide us with all the area information and attractions. Very welcoming and very cozy place. Love that little private terrasse on the side of the house.

My stay was amazing! It started with an unexpected upgrade to the beautiful Queen Suite. Gorgeous room with stunning ceiling work, bed and bedding was luxurious and the bath…to die for! Breakfast was delicious. I truly loved it some much I didn’t want to leave in the morning. The owner was gracious, friendly, accommodating and truly makes the whole experience incredible.

Very comfortable room and jetted tub was amazing. Breakfast included made on site was perfect. Perfect spot for a relaxing romantic getaway. The guest kitchen has teas, coffee, filtered water, and other items you may need.

My daughter and I stayed in the penthouse and really fell in love with the property. Will be going back, especially with the Covid situation. We both have traveled a lot over the years and I felt like we could have been in another country with the exquisite old world charm of the home. The nice part was that it was only a 2 hr drive to get home.

Very clean and tidy home with charming decor. Check in was smooth. Host was accommodating of our late check-in. Delicious breakfast provided. We stayed in Turkish room. I enjoyed a nice soak in the Jacuzzi tub after a long day of cycling. My companion enjoyed the garden, a nice place to read with a cup of coffee. No fridge in room, but one provided in hall for guests. Walking distance from restaurants and bars downtown.

Lovely gardens were great for relaxing and eating a yummy, fresh breakfast. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, there was little interaction with the nice hosts, but we hope to return "after." Location is great for exploring Guelph (by bike, on foot, by car...)

It was like stepping back in time, without all the fussiness of manners and doilies. The mattress was extraordinary. The art on the alls just perfect. And the breakfast was relaxed and delicious bacon and eggs (just what I wanted). This will be my go-to place in Guelph from now on. I came back feeling I'd had a week's vacation! Thank you.
