Everything and I mean everything was fantastic with our stay

Beautiful resort in a very quiet location. Easy access to the hustle and bustle of Hoi An only 10 minutes away by taxi.

The Palm Garden Resort is the perfect mix of big resort and personal service. The location is fabulous, just a short drive to the old town of Hoi An with out the hustle and bustle. Fronting a white sandy beach with cool clear water just off the grassed area with sun lounges and a bar. There are several reasonable restaurants just five minutes walk down the beach. We stayed in one of the beach front bungalows, which I highly recommend if it fits with your budget. The room was spacious, nicely appointed with a seating area out front to kick back, relax, and enjoy an afternoon drink. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with any requests. Van greeted us at breakfast every morning and Mr. Vu took care of any requirements while relaxing by the beach. (particularly blowing up the water floaties). The food at the restaurants is first class but if you want more traditional Vietnamese you have to see Lily at the Ben Tau restaurant across the road. Great food at great prices. I can recommend this resort more highly. 5 stars for location, service, friendliness, and great staff. Thanks to the Palm Garden resort for making our stay in Hoi An so relaxing and enjoyable.

The scale of the resort was very nice . Max two storey with an excellent central pool of varying depths and dimension. The staff were remarkable and very courteous and helpful. A nice one hour walk from centre of town.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and fresh. Pool was amazing! Resort areas well maintained and clean. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Beach bar has great cocktails and food menu was good. Private beach was nice and clean. Massage in the spa was lovely!

Such a beautiful Hotel and beautiful staff that were all so accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. Thoroughly recommend.

Paradise! We had an exceptional stay at the Palm Garden Hotel and spa. Stunning setting, clean crystal clear waters on almost private beach, excellent facilities and wonderful colonial spa. We could not fault a thing and would definitely return.

Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful ambience, layout and atmosphere. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff including the waiters, cooks, house keepers, life savers and bell men such as Mr. Thi. We were however disappointed with quality, quantity, narrow selection and high over pricing of the food and beverage (with exception of breakfast). Lack of handheld shower in the bath is also a problem especially when having to shower young children. Bed mattresses are old and relatively uncomfortable. Replacing them will go a long way with improving the already enjoyable stay.

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed in Bungalow 401 which was one of the most premium room types available. Unfortunately the bathroom had a substantial leak on arrival & the first night we were unable to sleep due to rainwater leaking into the bungalow. In the subsequent night, one of the hotel handymen were undertaking repairs of the roof of the bungalow so we were unable to sleep. Cleanliness was sub-par with sandy floors & several pests (incl. a cockroach) within the hotel. We rarely (if ever) post negative reviews but felt obligated to do so considering our overall poor stay. I wouldn't recommend a trip here. Happy to share videos.

Location. Right on the beach. Free Shuttle into Hoi An. Great restaurant and mini market across the road. Mi Casa, ask for Chung she is amazing and can organize tours and transfers at great prices as well as excellent food and drink.

Really amazing place - I read some reviews about the age of the place and was a bit worried. Nothing to be worried about, the place is spotless and well maintained. The breakfast is great and the staff very friendly and relaxed. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay, so beautiful the beach is just perfect, in this place you can see the best sunrise ever, I just loved it. The welcome is the excellent, very friendly staff, the restaurant what great food.

The Palm Garden Beach Resort was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Our first overseas trip in some time (thanks covid) was made fantastic by the lovely staff, well kept grounds and even better weather! Facilities were clean and well kept, had the pool to ourself some days as the tourists still aren’t around! Get yourselves over here now!

Lovely hotel, lovely people all really friendly, great place to relax and unwind

Palm Garden is a large beach resort outside downtown Hoi An. We were upgraded from sea view room (under reno) to ocean front bungalow [Hotels are suffering due to down turn in tourism as a result of Covid 19]. We had a large open oversized room with doors that open onto a patio and open lawn with loungers on ocean side - but no beach (apparently washed away overnight in storm 7 Yrs ago). Also a great size pool and several restaurants (did not use) The people at the resort were so friendly and helpful.

Great relaxing break. Little disappointed that the Hotel beach was inaccessible - apparently it's a "time of year" thing. That didn't spoil the stay.

The hotel was lovely and clean and staff were very friendly and accomodating. Unfortunately, one of the main reasons we booked with the hotel was because it advertised a beach in the resort. There was no beach and instead there was a high wall just looking out at the ocean and we were quite disappointed.

The people at this property were all so nice. The rooms were great. Nice showers and bathroom in general. The pool is incredible as well.

We went with the bungalow which was amazing! It was with in 50 feet of the ocean and the staff decorated our room so well for our honeymoon!

A very well maintained resort with polite, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good with various choices, both local and western. The hotel restaurant is good and price is reasonable. There are small Restaurants, foot massages and mlnl stores opposite to the hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from Hui On Old Town. We missed one bus in one morning and the hotel immediately arranged a hotel Mercedes for me and my wife to the Old Town, an excellent customer service from the hotel. I will definitely revisit it when I go to Da Nang again.
