The room I was spacious and clean. Very good room service.

Good quality hotel conveniently located off 401 and near event. Lobby and room were clean and well presented. There were some minor concerns regarding bathroom cleanliness and, of course, there was the absence of a complimentary breakfast. Not big concerns on their own but, notable with the full price of the hotel above cdn$200. Elevator also showed wear.

First time staying at a Garden Inn by Hilton. To be honest, I expected more from the facility. The positives, the rooms were very clean. The mediums, we were out of of a few essentials by the first night (lotion dispenser was empty, out of toilet paper. Towels were a big one. If we had booked for 2 adults and two kids, we would have expected at least 4 towels. The hot tub, was extremely hot. To the level that my wife could not even get in. We asked the caretaker whether this was normal and he said the guests liked it that way..... Okay, but was that safe??? I assure you not. We decided to have breakfast on the first morning. I must say, another disappointment. What gets advertised within the hotel as to how the breakfast should be and what you get was frankly false advertising. All in all an acceptable experience.

Our stay was very convenient to Arenas as we were in town for a Ringette tournament. Easy access to many restaurants and shopping as well.

Staff was amazing! Greeted with smiles and very helpful. Restaurant food was really good and great staff as well. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Everything was great except there did not appear to be any recycling facilities and there was a lot of litter, and particularly cigarette butts, outside. I had to walk my dog several times a day and the litter was very noticeable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was pleasant. The hotel is very convenient for the 401.

Stephanie at front desk was great and a nice greeting after many hours of driving with a little one. We had breakfast at the restandnthe food was really good.

The reception refuse to acknowledge our reservation, and claimed not have any record of it, even after i gave them the reservation number. After much argument, and after i had called expedia customer service, they suddenly found the reservation, claiming that it was a system glitch. They made us wait for 30 mins at the reception.

The sower was broken. I couldn't take a shower in my room. They have transfer me to another room just to get a shower in am. They made me late for my conference. It was terrible experience.

Nice looking hotel overall, but there was no conditioner or kleenex in our room, the shower curtain was also all ripped up which was unappealing. Then we went to use the pool and the key card wouldn’t work, the lock on the door was also broken so maintenance had to come let us in.

The room was very dirty with dust, our bedsheets were stained with a brown stain. We called down to have someone come up and change the sheets and no one came. I will not be returning
