The Security Guard was stalking/following the kids around the hotel. Breakfast Staff was rude.

Location of this property is perfect for our needs. Upgrade to two room suite was awesome! Amazingly fast check in with follow up to make sure room was perfect!

I stayed here from 11/18 to 11/25. The worst part of the experience was that my rental car (2022 Toyota 4 Runner) was stolen from their parking lot at night. My car was stolen without breaking the windows or anything and I lost my personal belongings like glasses etc in the car. When I mentioned this to the front desk they mentioned that a total of 3 cars were stolen from their parking lot in the same week! I spoke to the manager about looking through the camera they have and apparently the camera do not cover their outside space and has many blind spots. I asked why it is like that and knowing that 3 cars were stolen the staff was just dismissive and mentioned that this is how it is. I asked for the manager to speak to me and she still hasn't called me back. I also mentioned to the manager that at night there is no one in the lobby and the staff is sleeping in the back, I noticed people hanging outside in a car and just looking at the guests coming in and out. There were sketchy guys hanging around outside the hotel smoking but the staff did nothing to ask them if they were guests or ask them to leave. Please be aware when staying at this property since the staff and their area is unsafe. The hotel is not cheap but it is extremely unsafe. The police detective told me that they've had multiple reports of cars being stolen and seems like an inside job. There are car jackings happening in Ontario since they do not track their cars. Guests beware.

Everything was good

Hotel room suites were spacious for our family of 6. My only complaint was ants. There were so many ants anytime we ate they would come out looking for food. They were all over the floor and counter in the kitchen even if we cleaned up all the crumbs.

During my stay the breakfast was a joke and there was a bunch of kids that wouldn't stop pressing every button in the elevator and running in thr hallways at all times of day.. when I approached the front desk they didn't seem to really care. Rest assured I won't be going back.

The space in the room was more than adequate, we really enjoyed all the beds in the 2 bedroom. I would rate this hotel as a 3 or low 3, so the price did not match the rating - it was overpriced. As well, I booked 6 weeks in advance asking for rooms on the same floor - and when we checked in the rooms were not on the same floor, nor did the staff care at all. The pool is also very, very, very small.

I rented a double suite with a king and 2 queens. The carpet in the main area was bare threaded and frayed in several areas. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The showers had mildew, the room with the queen beds shower had very bad mildew. The couch in the living room was very worn and sunk inwards and was very loud when sitting on it (springs). The dresser in the living room that doubled as a stand for the tv, the 3 rd drawer would not stay shut and kept rolling open on its own. There was a boys hockey team staying somewhere in the hotel and the kids were running up and down the hallways at 2:30 in the morning. The security did nothing about it. The continental breakfast was very good and the shower pressure and hot water was very good. This hotel cost me almost $900 Canadian for 2 nights. I expected better quality rooms for that type of money and probably wouldn’t stay here in the future because of the conditions of the room.

It was the typical hotel stay. I had a suite so it suited our needs. My one complaint was the one room was very noisy due to the noise from the hwy. I know it’s hard to deal with that as it’s close to the hwy but very noisy for a light sleeper.

Unfortunately, when it came time to shower in the morning hot water was missing for one of the days I stayed at the hotel.

We enjoyed a lovely and restful stay. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room was very clean and the atmosphere was quiet.

Great stay! All the staff were very friendly. Our kids had fun swimming in the pool. Great hot breakfast with lots of option. We will be back next time we are in town!

Nice breakfast. Mattress comfortable. It’s close drive to many restaurants. And nice restaurant in sister hotel a 5 minute walk.

There was a staff shortage on our first night. No desk clerk after 11 and no answer on the phone. Had insufficient towels and blankets for pull out couch, and no shower gel in the pump. Otherwise, the hotel room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, and staff friendly and helpful,

Overall a decent hotel. Bed a bit soft. Hallways stuffy and hot but room temp comfortable a d each to adjust. Some of the dining room furniture needs to be replaced.

Our door wasn’t working and we had to wait in the hall for hours until they fixed it and it made us late for our planned activities in the city . Not a good experience at all they haven’t even compensated us for the frustration and inconvenience of being held out of our room for hours with our stuff locked in because of a faulty door lock ….. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel . I’m still waiting almost a week later for someone to contact me about the issue . When I spoke to a manager they said they needed time to talk to the other manager about the issue . All in all a bad experience.
