The staff worked hard to address issues related to the business I had to make sure I got all the benefits associated with my visit

I'm usually a big Sheraton fan. However, three major issues with this room:
One, the shower had neither hot water nor water pressure at 9pm in the evening, rendering the shower unusable. Had to shower at 4am if I wanted usable water.
Two, the air in the room was so dry that it caused major throat discomfort within three hours. In my 50 years, I've never experienced air quality like this in a Sheraton.
Three, the bathroom had entry door on a 45-degree angle, which opened into the toilet, significantly affecting seating area. Had to position body at an angle.
If there are other available hotels in the area, I will not choose this one. Shame.

The service was great. Very efficient and friendly check in. The server at the restaurant was svery nice k efficient.
The hotel is a little dated. But still good.

I travel to the DC area for business and this is my default stay. I normally stay for 3 to 4 days and find it the best for my stay. Keep up the great service!

I needed a place to stay when a family member was in the hospital. It was fine for me.

As I said on checkin, the was no luggage rack in my room. Having a disability, it’s hard to have my suitcase on the floor.
Also, no clock?? Why??
I stay here often and these items were disappointing.
Also, I tried for 5 minutes to call the front desk with no one answering. I had to call from my cell phone directly to the hotel to get an answer, and then they answered on the 2nd ring. When I asked about it there was silence. Not Good 🙁

I was happy with the Hotel. Some of the guests were not quiet. This is not normal at this hotel. I often stay here when I am in the area for business.

Initially I was given room 339 and there was a cockroach. I called to font desk and they promptly moved. The staff was lovely and they are not the issue. I was then given room 420, this morning when I woke up there was another cockroach crawling on my suitcase. This is unacceptable.

It was a nice location and pretty close to RIO shopping area. Clean and good size room. However in our club room there wasn’t any hot water so showering was unpleasant. By the time maintenance came we were checking out anyway.

A pair of men's underwear were in bottom of closet upon arrival. It took two days of asking for them to be removed before there was action on the third day.

Do not stay here. Called front desk as the tub was not draining and Tonya the receptionist was very rude and offered options that were not helpful or rectified during my stay such as have maintenance check the tub the next day at 9am ( when I would have already checked out) or have the manager call me in 3 days! Extremely poor customer service and was very inconvenient as none of us were able to take a shower. It was an unpleasant stay.

I expected better bed quality at a Sheraton brand. Its like sleeping on a crater. Stayed 3 nights and never had a good night sleep.
Elevators smelled so bad I almost threw up on the way up. How come no one else smells this?

We stay here often and everytime we go we love the time we spend here! The staff is friendly and always ready to help, and the property is extremely clean and safe. This is our go to hotel when staying in the Rockville area.

I would not stay at this hotel and I cannot recommend it. The only good thing of note here is the staff, in particular, Tony at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. Upon checking in my partner and I were greeted by a permanently stained bathtub and roaches in the stairwell. We quickly booked a room in another nearby hotel within the first hour of walking into the building.

Limited dining/coffee service, no amenities, all facilities are too old. Restroom is old, and toilet space is limited, not easy to access.

Our first impression was the turd in the toilet. We didn't have any body wash in the shower. There is no fan in the bathroom. There was no extra Kleenex (our box was almost empty). We were also bothered by a barking dog one morning. And our TV lost its connection so we missed the end of a football game. Other than that, we had a good stay. When we asked for anything the response time was good and the staff was very friendly. We also like the option to recycle our trash.

Horrible experience. Staff not nice. Room not stocked. Called twice for conditioner and lotion. Never received. Charged my wife and my cards separately. Now have to wait for refund. Told bar open at noon but didn’t open until 5. They really need to get themselves together. I’ll never stay there again!!

Great hotel for the price. We got a deal for $115 a night, which was wonderful. Liked having a bar/restaurant on the property, as well.
