Love the room and location but a club or sports bar across the street music loud until AFTER midnight. And I received a receipt b4 I checked in and the picked my room ... I like high floors

Wonderful, big rooms! Perfect for the 4 of us plus 2 dogs. Very friendly check in desk assistance. We stay here frequently to and from road trips to CO from TX and would recommend to anyone. I do wish they offered free breakfast.

Bed sheets were not done they had a really bad smell and stains witch I don’t want to know what are they, I asked for clean bedding but the front desk told me they had no access to the laundry,

It was noisy. Music from outside played until 11. Did not like there was not a free basic breakfast. Had to pay for a piece of fruit.

I was charged $40 more than I was told on Hotels.com.

I used the online check in, but opted for key since my second person doesn’t use the app to be able to get mobile key. Upon arrival, I expected to just be able to grab my keys at desk and go. This didn’t happen. I was at desk holding up the line for checking in for almost 30 minutes all the while trying to get to an event. I felt it was excessive, especially when using mobile check in.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was huge, but the floor was dirty (we saw candy and fried rice), the refrigerator kept making loud noises and woke us up, the curtain over the AC was too long and blocked the air, we could not get the TV to work, or the drain in the bathtub.

Huge room, comfy bed and pillows, breakfast got screwed up but may have been my fault (thought I ordered breakfast for two when I reserved with hotels.com but it did not show up in the reservation. Great sports bar across the street.

One thing I really liked about this hotel is that the bed in our room faced the window and wasn't like most hotels on a side wall. The front desk staff were very friendly. Walking distance from Old Town activities and night life.

The toilet didn't work wasn't flushing at all. They ddnt have a different working room and was charged twice!

This was the first time I stayed here and everything was clean, on point, and exceptional. I can see why it’s almost impossible to get a hotel room here. It’s conveniently located near all the clubs and restaurants. 10/10.

My stet was short but the hotel was beautiful and service was wonderful.

I &ended up being charged for parking. Nothing was mentioned about this when I booked the room, nor at chech-in or checkout. But I sure got a charge for it. Plus I now see I have another $20 charge pending that I have no clue what it’s for!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is under a major renovation. I wish I would have known before hand.
The breakfast was the only sad part. Do to construction it was in an office room.
The hotel is with in walking distance of the Looney Bin and a lot of restaurants.

Great location near food and entertainment. Clean, and comfortable. The person who checked us in gave us a room where we couldn't hear the club outside which was fabulous after a long drive.
