The room was clean and everything in the room worked but the rooms need to be updated with I-phone ports

The stay and room was great. One problem, the shower was low in pressure and the shower rod was pulling out of the wall and the curtain would not stay pulled. Other than that it was a very big and clean room.

The pools heating system was down. I wouldn’t have picked this location if I knew this before hand.

They gave me a different room than the one that i reserved, because some others were wanting connect rooms.
The bed was hard, the pillows thin and the shower not clean. The employees were excellent, friendly and helpful
Breakfast was good.
And they charged me extra $25 plus $7.50 for breakfast that was included inthe price

This place is on par with what you expect from a Hilton. Glad it was happy hour at the bar because over $15.00 for two beers was a bit much.

Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean. Let us check in easy with no problems. Coffee and water in room was stocked.

Good location and staff was friendly. The hotel lobby is under construction and the rooms need updating. The beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast service is a paid service. And there was a panhandler that approached my car in the parking lot. Definitely not the standards of a Hilton :/

Our stay was excellent. Management/Front desk was amazing. They greeted and welcomed us. The hotel is going through renovations, but it didn't disrupt our stay. Next time we head to that area, we will definitely stay there again. The hotel was clean and quiet. Conveniently located.

The building is undergoing renovations. The indoor pool heater was broken which was a bummer. Location was excellent for shopping and dinning.

Amazing stay loved the breakfast 3 egg omlet was very nice tub however jets didnt work the bed was spuratic and loud motor when was on but not bubbling

No issues with the stay. However, the hotel is currently in the middle of a remodel which made it less aesthetically pleasing. Would have been nice if that information was volunteered prior to booking.

I stay here a couple times a month for work and everything is great except for the water pressure and shower heads. I’ve stayed on multiple floors and every time there is barely any water pressure and the shower head you cannot manipulate, so your back is pressed into the soap holder trying to shower.
Other than that, staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The place is under construction and no one notified me that the pool wasn’t heated. After driving for hours I was looking forward to swimming a bit this is actually why I chose the place. The rooms rug is musky

I was on the 6 floor had to listen to a dog bark all night I was charged 27 dollars more than what I reserved the room for on the Expedia website the only reason I choose this hotel was so I could take my grandson swimming in the indoor pool and of course that didn’t happen because something was broken in the pool heater

Not only was the property outdated and dirty, they failed to inform people about ongoing construction INSIDE THE HOTEL. Would never visit again.

Front lobby under construction, fireplace area, pool heater not working, work out room being renovated? Nothing on site about any of these. Front desk said nothing about happy hour and food being available. Walking distance to restaurants though. Close to expressway, good and bad. Heard all sirens and truck traffic. Trash on floor in front of my room door, was on the 6th floor. Was there when i checked in on Sunday afternoon and still there on Tuesday when i checked out. Room was clean and bed comfortable though. An overall less than thrilling stay.

Hotel lobby and floors under construction. Was not told, affected the restaurant, sleep, smells of construction, Restaurant only serving 1/2 the menu. Room was void of body wash, pen, pad, local attractions, food nearby. Ice Machine broken, toilet ran for 10 minutes after flushing. Not a Hilton at all!!

the shower could not adjust the flow of the water, miscommunication with housekeeping about cleaning the room had to call for change of towels, the service was excellent.

The staff was so good. Even though there was construction going on there was no noise in room and everything was clean. We were there because I had a doctor appointment in Chapin and we will be returning and we will stay there again.

Dining lady double charged us for breakfast. Cant get a manager to look at it until Tuesday. Beds were overly soft and somewhat uncomfortable.
