The biscuits and gravy were such an amazingly good treat!

It was the little things. The clock in the room was broken. The house phone didn't work. The password code didn't work. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The front people did a great job. The breakfast was good. The coffee was hot.

Overall we checked in right at 3pm in saturday for a concert so we didn’t spend a lot time in the room but it was safe location for returning that night around 1pm the hotel had lighting and lots of parking! Sleeping was okay my husband slept good but I had some trouble staying asleep and a lot noise from the hallway! Sunday morning the breakfast wasn’t best we was first one in line at 7am not a lot options 2 different types of sausage port in turkey vegetable omelette, eggs and sausage, gravy, and biscuit! They had some cereal options and I believe pancakes also!
It was fair enough for us just wish it would have at some taste or more to pick from!

The carpet in the hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed and neither was the carpet in my room. Usually Holiday inns are very nice but I was very dissapointed

I was disappointed with the amount of mold/mildew visibly present in the bathroom and on the window sill. Visible mold/mildew was on the bathrooms mirror and on the bottom of the shower curtain. The window sill was literally black from either dirt or mold/mildew when I went to up the shade.

Check in was like a joke. Two people there, one disappeared. The one checking us in kept mumbling; I finally realized he had his phone on speaker and was talking to someone. Really??? You can't hang up and focus on customers? At this point there are 3 others waiting after me. Still no one else helping. Our bill went thru my credit card at 10:30, then again at check-in. I asked for receipt, he says he can't print one because we booked with a 3rd party ((Expedia). I said you ran my card here and it billed, yet you can't print a receipt?? He says yep, I'll have the manager call you when she comes in.....still waiting on that call. So-breakfast; they have oatmeal in little carton. Instructions say add water, microwave. I put the water in and ask where's the microwave? Answer- "we don't have one." Seriously?? I'm betting there are better options nearby.

Basic overnight accommodations. Place is starting to show its age. Have stated there before. Staff were friendly enough.
Barroom looks really run Dow. Clean but needing updating. Murrow needed replacing.

It was great! The breakfast needed more attention. Grits needs to be cook! Eggs ran out and wasn’t replenished fast enough….things like that! But the stay was great!

Very clean room and bathrooms, no lingering odors. Beds were comfortable. Wished for curtains for more privacy. Excellent location and close to amenities. Front desk staff was very helpful and polite.

My wife and I were driving south to Florida and needed to hotel and decided on this property based primarily on its location. Everything was perfect !

Older hotel with a nice staff needs a revamp or better maintenance! Check in was efficient and polite! The foyer decor is cute what with all the holiday decorations and hot cocoa bar.
The tv clicker in our room was a pain as it was impossible to point and click to a tv channel. Our thermostat didn’t work so our room got very cold in the middle of the night!! Staff offered two extra comforters since we didn’t want to move.
The breakfast bar was extensive and replenished often.

We had a problem with the faucet in the tub and the staff was amazing they came right up and fixed it in a jiffy. Everyone was very friendly and inviting.

Great area! Great service from staff to the community!! Shopping mall nearby in walking distance as well as numerous places to eat. Also located close to highway so expect heavy traffic.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Is is brand new? No. Is it clean and comfortable? Yes! Sure, some of the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling at the edge but the shower was hot and forceful and everything was super clean. The bed was lovely and the big screen TV was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again on our way back from a cruise.
