Just good! Enjoyed the gym. Only hiccup was the nuts I bought form the store which was expired, but they replaced it.

In the past, we have enjoyed our stay here. This time, our entire floor smelled like weed. We were told someone was likely smoking outside the doors and it went through the vents, but it was overpowering and our room eventually smelled too. Really disappointing as we were with two little ones. Maybe there needs to be more supervision on the floors or a rule that smoking needs to be away from any access points in the building.

The hotel is nice. Pool is small, jaccuzi tub is a decent size. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Coffee was drinkable which is a step above some hotels. Nice bug room with tvs that can stream programing from your accounts if you want them to. Very clean hotel from entry to room and every where in between. No complaints about the hotel at all would stay here again.

Property is fantastic, very well kept. Had to keep my family busy for 2 hours as the room was not ready at check in time. Refrigerator in room was very loud, kept us all up, had to unplug in in the middle of the night. Told front desk about it at check out time

The pool and hot tub were out of service for my whole 3-day stay. Breakfast was pretty awful. Otherwise decent hotel. Very clean. Friendly, professional staff.

Just needed a little bit of salt on the sidewalks around the side doors of the building. Everything else was fantastic. Thank you.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast. Staff was so nice! Every staff member we met was so pleasing and smiling! Great experience overall! Only thing I think needs to be mentioned, is that the pool is very small, and so, can get pretty crowded! Our kids are older now so it didn’t matter to much but for a family with small kids, this is to take in consideration! But still, I highly recommend this place, especially for the wonderful staff!

Pool deck was dirty. Closed the hot tub for maintenance. Why wouldn’t they do maintenance during check out pay period not while patrons are looking to use the facilities. Very annoying. 😡😡😡😡

The hotel is right beside all the shopping/box stores so location was great. Breakfast, pool and fitness center were lovely. My room wasn't cleaned once during a 3 night stay though and when I called they said "you have to request housekeeping" so that was a little disappointing given the price of the hotel. Parking felt safe and secure. Unfortunately there was an issue with my room (booked a king and got 2 doubles) but that was expedias fault not that hotel.

The service was excellent..The room was very clean.Terrible WiFi..We couldn't connect to wifi all weekend.That was very frustrating...Front desk tried to get it but still work..I wonder they didn't come to our room to give us fresh towels and make our beds after our 1st night there..We were there for 2nights

Clean location and very friendly staff. The the continental breakfast was great as well. Major downfall is that Barry downe road is extremely busy and under construction. With only one way to get into the hotel it's really difficult to navigate safe if you're not turning right out of the facility.

Comfortable stay. Room was surprisingly quiet given the busy area of the city. I was annoyed at check in when the desk clerk looked past me and asked every question to my husband standing behind me, despite the fact that the reservation was in my name, I answered all the questions and was holding the credit card we were using to pay. Definitely need some customer service training there.

Hotel was great !!!!! the guests were dirty and rude . Which made the experience less fun and attractive. Staff was awesome considering the people that were staying at the hotel pigs would have been better guests!

The hotel was very clean when entering the lobby, no unpleasant smells, check in was easy, front desk agent was extremely nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a great surprise, food was very tasteful, and the two woman working were very friendly and outgoing.

Excellent, perfectly clean and everything worked in my room. Area is very safe and convenient, lots of dining and drinks options within walking distance. Room is quite basic but very nice and the beds are very comfortable.
