Excellent food and service

Very comfortable room, quiet and comfy bed.
The breakfast was not that healthy. Mostly sugary options for cereals, yogurts etc.

Front desk was very friendly and accommodating when our initial reservation request for main floor room was missed from our online booking. Found an excellent repacement room well suited to our needs.
No handicap access from parking around the east wing entrance. Main entrance was very good though.

Not much
Room smelt funky.
Found debris under bed as I reached for something. Scone in stairway had a used kleenex which was there for a long time... Couldn't request a ground floor room due to second party booking, as my lower back was badly aching. Was told i needed to contact hotel directly for request. Not a good experience. Stayed at this establishment 20 years ago and was amazing. I realize things change, but please make an effort to keep up to competition. Updating the outside appearance does nothing for comfortable stay. Breakfast included was a shame.. I've stayed at many other hotels at a cheaper rate that were much better... overpriced!!!
