New owner, room not clean, less towels for a jacuzzi room, bed uncomfortable. Floor dirty. I go here twice a year and I like the closeness to home due to an ill parent but as much as I spend and go there it should be cleaner and more inviting

Dated, and has seen a lot of traffic over the years. Bed was clean and comfortable. Water in the shower was hot and with good pressure towels were clean. Bathroom was clean. I would stay again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issues were the inability to control the heat in your room due to the centralized heating and the smell of cigarette smoke that came through the vent from outside.

The first room I was assigned someone had pissed the bed the second room the refrigerator didn't work. Rugs needed vacuuming.

The staff even switched our reservation to a down stairs room because we are disabled without extra charge.

Good: there were microwave, refrigerator, TV.
Not so good: the room smells smoke/marijuana mostly. It’s stuffy. Other staff was a 1/5 while the other is 2/5 some staffs 3/5. because we asked for toilet paper said will go we waited the next day. Asked for it the next day said will bring and change too

Smells bad. Comforter had lots of stains clearly not washed in a long time. No one vacuumed carpet was very dirty.

It is a budget location so it is on the older side. I was able to check in early but I did call ahead. Room smelled like cigarettes but I should have checked off non smoking room . Did not realize that places still allow smoking in rooms.

Hotel was as expected. Dated but that’s fine. Staff was polite, all basics were provided for. Breakfast is a nice benefit.

I only had an issue with the fact that there was food from whoever rented the place before in the microwave

I stayed in a handicap room. The walk-in shower had mold in the corners between the walls and floor. Bathroom sink did not leak but had huge cracks in the bowl. Air conditioning motor was loud and noisy, waking me up from sleep. I raised the temperature on the thermostat three degrees so it would not come on again. Did not see any hot food at the free breakfast. Regardless, there was a sign saying breakfast was $3 for single room occupants. I went to Starbucks.

I needed a cheap place to stay over night. This place is not a 5 star Hotel with a spa and concierge service, but your not paying for that either. It's just a cheap night's stay. The owner was nice and I had no problems.

I really liked the jacuzzi and how well it worked. The room was nice and big as well!

bathroom and bed ok, other furniture, rug dingy, cable tv only had local stations (and sales stations). No coffee or breakfast 'til 8 am. Price was good though.

I was shocked when I went into the room #46. There was a hole in bathroom door. Towels were a few years old and needed to be replaced. The TV didn't work at all, I tried everything humanly possible. The shower wall had a huge crack in the wall and needs some attention. The alarm clock didn't work at all. The door to the room needs lots of attention, had to plow through the door with my shoulder to get into the room, and had to do the same thing to close the door. The bedding was clean but didn't fit the bed properly. No way would I give this place even 1 star.

Quiet area, lots of places to eat. Room itself was a little sketchy, the sheets had cigarette burns on them and stains. Didn’t sleep under the covers. Room had a weird smell to it as well. We got what we paid for. Joe was friendly for checkin/checkout. There is a $100 hold when you check in. Returned immediately after checkout.

Whatever they used to clean or deodorize the room was very strong. Some people are sensitive to strong smells, ie. headaches, asthma etc.

Great location by historical sites and 76 diner next door is very good. Friendly staff, spacious room at an affordable price.

Don’t do it. It started with having to call to get someone to come check us in. The smell when we walked into the hotel was as my daughter said “like an old person’s home”. The room was dirty. There were stains and holes in the comforters. Nothing about this place was worth the price.
