We stayed here one night on our way north to see the eclipse. It was clean and comfortable and a good value for the money.

Clean and updated

This is a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. Disappointed there was no fridge in the room.

Very friendly staff!

A comfortable and safe, a little dated but fits the budget. Very polite and efficient staff. Breakfast is cold cereal, toast, yogurt but there are food option nearby(driving, not walking distance.

Had a very strange trip where almost nothing was going right..they were friendly, understanding, and helped resolve some mix ups with reservation dates along with Hotels.com customer service! They were very sweet with my Feline travel companion who learned how to walk on the harness to the front desk, whoch Im sure was a site unto its own! The rooms were super clean, beds uber comfortable, and the shower was perfectly hot for my sore bones after much travel. Want to say Thanks to such a great staff!

We stayed one night for a swim meet with my 2 girls. The hotel was quiet, which is what we needed for a good nights sleep. Service was great and front staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very clean and nice! The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. Breakfast was good, despite reading the reviews. The hotel looked like it took pride in how the building was kept. Excellent hotel and excellent stay! We plan to book again!

Small room. No refrigerator or microwave. Clean. Breakfast was minimal and some items were stale

Staff was very courteous. Need to add decaf tea and make sure pastries are fresh.

The first room we had there was an issue with the toilet not flushing properly and continually running loudly after we finally got it to flush. When we asked the front desk about it they just told use to flush the toilet again but harder. Also, the bathroom had hair all over the floor and tub. We asked if someone could clean the room real quick they just told is housekeeping was gone and they would just move is to another room.

Staff was super friendly and rooms were clean. My bed was broken. The breakfast was bare. It was clean and I just needed a bed for the night. Too bad it was broken

Excellent location. Right off the highway. Clean , quiet, spacious parking lot.

A lot of hair on the bathroom floor. Smells old and dirty. Noisy refrigerator. Broken countertop and wall mount in bathroom. No elevator. Elec and lights not working, they went out in a whole section of the room as we were preparing for the day at 530 am. Just gross.

Close by to shopping & the Albany International Airport

I don't usually like staying in places that I can't get a review from family or friend that stayed in a hotel. I chose this one just from pictures and reviews on the hotel's website. I was VERY HAPPY with my choice. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but by the second night I didn't even hear it. The staff was friendly. Location was nice and quiet and within a very short easy drive to friends we were visiting. Definitely staying here every time I visit my friend!!!!!

It was comfortable, clean, and convenient

We had a nice stay at this establishment. It wasn't until the last morning that my husband noticed there was something on the sheet that made it apparent it hadn't been laundered.

i enjoyed my stay but i was in a wheelchair and because the rooms arent that big, thats the only part that was the problem not enough room to get to the bed like i needed to be. other than that it was a nice stay.

It was a place to take a good sleep no more no less. The ceramic Kleenex dispenser holder was cracked (photo) The toilet bowl was improperly fixed to the floor. I had impression to do horseback riding when I seated on it. The USB plug and main electricity outlet was down.

I did not like that the cleanliness was questionable, the breakfast options were very limited, I requested a late check out and the housekeeping staff interrupted me twice asking me to check out before the late check out time.

The credit card machine was not working and check in took a long time. Had to pay cash The room temp control was not there and room was cold No drinking water/bottles Otherwise sheets, bed and bathroom was clean

It was okay, I guess. Beds are very hard. I personally found them to be uncomfortable. My husband was fine with the bed. Bathroom looked dingy and not clean. Looked like it needed to be scrubbed, toliet and shower. Was not impressed at all. Mini refrigerator had stickers on it that looked like someone put on and then tried to take it off and it wouldn't come off. In between the refrigerator and desk was a small space that needed to be vacuumed. Around 9:20am (day of checkout), someone was vacuuming in the hallway and was vacumming up against our door. Felt like it was a wake up and get out type of action. We were already up and getting ready to leave. It's great that they were vacuuming the hallway, but seemed unnecessarily long against our door. I do not know if that was their intention or not, but that is the way it seemed and felt. The hallways were well cared for and we didn't anything visible near our door that. Bathroom had 2 spots for toliet paper both of which were not full rolls. That statement was not meant to sound picky but they could havd left a full roll. Ran out just before we left. We were in the area attending a wedding and when we came back to the motel after the event the stairwell smelled like pot. Didn't like that at all. Overall, the stay was doable and affordable but would not go out of my way to book again. I do not usually go out of my way to give negative feedback at all, but feel like it is necessary.
