The heating and cooling system said with a typed message on the thermostat to use the floor unit to adjust room temperature. The floor unit was broken with no controls. It was cold sitting in front of it to use the internet. Not what I was expecting.

Typical Marriott no bells or whistle but we always stay at one with jacuzzi and theirs was closed for the winter yet never stated on their website or Hotels website. That was the only disappointment. Other than that all was good.

I love the employee that were working that day. They were really sweet and nice. Made checking in so easy. I will be coming back real soon. The bed were comfortable and the room were really clean.. thank u

The room we where first given the first thing we did was check the bed and to our surprise we found a large stein on the sheet in the middle of the bed with a hair, that was gross, good thing we checked before laying on it, they did give us a different room wich was very clean

Clean & comfortable rooms. The breakfast is very good - loved the fresh oatmeal and all the condiments for it. Nice staff. Close to what we were doing there.

Positives: warm staff interactions and attentive to customers. Room rates and deposit requirements are OK.
NEGATIVES: upon arrival at my room, the sink had black tar-looking particles, the bed linens smelled funky, the door was too tight to close without extreme cranking sound and hard effort to shut—otherwise it will not be totally closed and locked. The TV’s remote doesn’t not function well. The rooms could need upgrade.

Our room was definitely large enough for our needs. We have a daughter with special needs and it suited our needs.

The furniture in the room had been water damaged-& the carpet in the hall needed to be shampooed. I would not stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and front desk staff very welcoming! The breakfast was really great!! Hot eggs, ham, waffles (done right there for you) and so many other selections!! Warm cookies at check in was also a bonus!!

Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The location to the wineries was good. Everything is close by but the street a little busy at times.
Only thing i disliked is the exit doors going outside closed so hard so when the early birds were leaving at 6am they kept me up.

The girl serving breakfast was AMAZING & the choices of food was excellent. EVERYONE at the hotel was AMAZING & friendly❣️❣️ I really wanted to stay longer but I had to go to a different city unfortunately!! I would definitely recommend this location because it was close to the freedom, rental cars & a good selection of fast food if you wanted! Can’t wait to come back again next year❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

The room was ok, but the pool was dirty & needed cleaning. There was some rusty drain at the bottom of the pool & it looked pretty disgusting. The hot tub was old & needs repainted or something.

Kitchen staff went out of their way to find me a tray to bring coffee and pastries to the room yesterday (Sunday) morning, that was very nice ☺

The property sits next to the freeway and behind a fast food restaurant so it was hard to find and undesirable people were hanging out there. Upon check-in, the room smelled musty but Staff were very friendly and accommodating even gave me a free room upgrade. The breakfast server was super friendly to everyone.

The property was decent, close proximity to dining. I was dissatisfied because I couldn’t make a change to double beds at check in because i booked it through Expedia as a third party. Found the bed sheets a bit dirty. Breakfast was a plus.

Though our stay was prepaid in advance and I had a zero balance at the time of checkout, this hotel held $250 as a preauthorized hold and did not release the hold even though I called them several times to do so. Instead, $250 was deducted from my bank account though i was assured it would not. When i called the hotel again, i was told to just wait for several more days for a refund. Its ironic that they dont wait several days for payment and instead actually took the money from my bank account for no actual reason.

Location was perfect, front desk and breakfast employees were very nice and provided excellent service. Room was clean. The only issue is the refrigerator was a bit loud when turning on/off, we had to unplug it.
