I came for my sons drs appointment in Fort Lauderdale and booked a 3 night stay. It started with the staff who answers the phone. I asked when was the rooms renovated there answer over and over was " No yesterday but not a year ago" I asked him what that ment and they angrily repeated them self over and over.....
I got there and the rooms havent been renovated for 5 years. I wasnt happy. ..... microwave was broke and my son couldnt eat his foods. My son being on a prebiotic had a smelly stool. I asked them when can I throw his diapers there response was " leave them out the door and we will take them. The whole room smelled because no one took them till 20 hours later...
The supervisor was a racist accused me of smoking because people the same race of me was smoking, i dont nor have i ever smoked..... there was several rats right outside. And the dryer broke in the room. So all the clother i was gonna clean before i left had to been thrown away. I wasnt raken wet clothes on a plane. They said they can fix it after i leave. What good would that do?. Hirrlibe attitude from higher ups. Most the staff is great.

Really pretty hotel, marina is lovely, beach is nearby with walking distance. We got an upgrate to a one bedroom villa thanks Oscar !
I think customer service can be improved, I just arrive from Disney Cruise Line and I could see a major difference in customer experience. Everything else lovely.

The room is big with all the facilities, but it is cleaning every two days. Considering that I take a shower twice a day I always do not have a dry towel.

Room was nice with great view but my child & dogs next door could fit thru glass on sides of balcony. So we had dogs coming onto our patio all the time! Plus they forgot my 8am wake up call after I went down in person the night before & told them how important it was!!

The day of check out, around 11am, they were testing the alarms and this annoying message telling me to grab my stuff and walk down the stairs kept going on repeat but it was just a drill. There was no heads up on this. Very annoying.
Great location, walkable to a lot of great cafes and of course the beach. Couldnt get linen or my room cleaned.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Rooms were quite beautiful and location was perfect. The Staff was the very best from Valet to Front Desk, always out of the way to be helpful.
Will be back when we return no doubt.

This hotel is a dump. Our toilet was broken. The light over the sink didn't work. Overall not very clean. When I told the staff of the issues they didn't care. The free breakfast was trash.
The location was not bad but not good enough to stay at such a poor hotel

Location close to the beach and on the canal was nice. The area around the hotel was very noisy at night.

The staff at this property was extraordinarily helpful and responsive. With few exceptions, they were friendly and welcoming. In the end we were delighted to have found this property. There were a few maintenance items that were dealt with immediately. When I reported them, the GM said, “they shouldn’t have put you in that room.”

Oscar at main front desk is extremely helpful, friendly and professional at his job. Definitely a people person. World needs more talent like him. All staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. Pub / restaurant, cleaning staff all good at their jobs. Great sleep, views from many parts of the hotel. Great location.

The room next to us, decided to party until 6 am with bass pumping. I called front desk, all startled with the noise, asked the front desk to find the source of the party and said to the guy, “you know my room number” was going to tell him to check room number beside me…. Was greeted with a pleasant “you don’t
Know your room number?” Smart remark to tell an annoyed guest.. then after waiting another 30mins, with the noise, called back, and was told “ I don’t hear anything” Can you believe that? Yeah, I’m making that up at 3 in the morning. Disgusting service. So I said, room next door to my bedroom. Shortly after that, they lowered it, but talked all night and had the music lower, but still on and people over till 6 am. Disappointed. This place is wonderful except for this lack of attention for my matter. Won’t stay there again.

We were 4 adults and we didn't have enough towels for us 4. I asked for more and they brought me pool towels... I was not impressed. It was such expensive that I was expecting a white glove service...

This was a great place to stay. Very spacious and clean room, courteous and helpful staff, decent breakfast and walkable neighborhood. Shout out to the front desk staff Teressa who let us check in early. She was very sweet and friendly. Valet parking for $35 with an in and out privilege which seems pretty fair. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The front desk personnel could have been a little more warm and inviting. Felt like I was bothering them. Not the greatest way to welcome a guest. Little things weren't done such as refilling the purel dispensers or refilling the water dispenser. The available coffee they provide was at times lukewarm. I paid a good amount and expect better service in these areas. Overall the hotel was clean and they did upgrade my room to a water view. Appreciated that. Yes they charge $35 for parking, but anywhere in the city will hit you for parking fees. Just the way it is.
