Room was clean. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Poor water pressure for a shower.

No towels, no soap, king bed when I reserved a 2-queen bed room, wasn’t even vacuumed. Really poor place. The attendant did his best, but I would stay away from the edition of Candlewood Suites.

Room wasn’t ready when I tried to check in at 5pm, she said it wouldn’t be ready for “a while”. Lobby had an overwhelming smell of chlorine. There didn’t seem to be anyone there except us and the people RIGHT NEXT DOOR, who were ridiculously loud. I don’t recommend staying here and I would not stay again.

Nice hotel - looks like it is going down - soon as I checked in let me know there is no breakfast / no ice/ but you can purchase items at there marketplace. Not impressed

The property was dirtier then I had hoped for and it was pet friendly which I did not know so there was lots of dogs walking around. Which I also think is what made the property look bad.

Room was extremely dirty like it had not been cleaned from the last stay. I booked for 4 night and only stayed 1 as it was dirty

The first room we were given had urine all over the toilet seat. Place is getting run down and in need of updates/repairs. On the other hand the staff that is there is trying as they are very short staffed.

The hotel was very good for my kids and I for a 2 day stay in Bismark. Having the kitchenette to cook was great. My only issue is that the carpets were not clean in the room. We kept stepping on random gravel pieces and our socks were black as soon as we removed our shoes.

The shower was VERY slippery and difficult to enter and exit. Could use a rubber mat for safety.

The little things made a difference. There were instructions on the shower, reminders to take your key card, and liners in the waste basket. The flat wear and cups came in handy as well.

There were no instructions on how to log on the Wi-Fi. We tried several times to log on without success.

Idk it was disappointing I stayed here before and it was a good experience, but it recently went down hill found clothes in our closet it was nosy and smelled really bad.

The sidewalks were not shoveled, and as a 72 year old couple, I was very concerned about falling. I do not understand why they could not clean the sidewalks like other businesses do. No evidence of an ice melt application either.

Really Nice place, very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. Pretty clean with the exception of the bathroom. Not real sure the floor or the toilet seat had been cleaned.
I travel with disinfectant wipes and just took care of it because it wasnt too terrible.

Made reservation 2 months in advance thru Hotels.com. Week before reservation was cancelled due to over booking. When arrived to check in they had a room available, but increased the nightly price by around $100 a night. Overall room was nice. Just a very stressful and expensive stay.

The night service was amazing. The woman working the front seat at 1am was so helpful. We really wanted to watch the bee movie and she helped us locate 2 different DVD players and a remote. 11/10 service

There was issues with the appliances in the room. The coffee maker had a used filter still in it and the coffee package was chewed up. We also found a sock under the bed. So have to question the cleanliness of the place.

Garbage disposal switch didn’t work. Dishwasher leaked. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers were empty - if your not going to fill them, remove them. Staff was very nice - hotel was pretty clean - hallways a bit dirty.

Got in late and room was extremely dirty, someone threw up on picture and wall in the room, melted through plastic in freezer. Staff was very helpful and moved us to another room that the deadbolts lock didn’t even work needed adjustment to work properly but to tired to get moved again.Smell in both rooms was like wet dog. Room next door was kicked in?

The provided shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. The bathroom floor did need to be swept. I had to go and get the bedding for the pull out couch.

Room hadńt been cleaned well, and food crumbs were still on floor. Dirty dishes were left in dishwasher, and running the dishwasher didńt clean them: dishwasher didńt work.

Smell was noted by my fifteen year old boy immediately… which is a big deal for a teenage boy. Bathroom was dirty dirty. Highlight was check in desk, the worker was very nice.

My daughter and I were in town for just one night. The hotel was perfect for our needs. We even utilized the fitness center.

I liked the price for the room. I did not like that our bathroom door got locked in the evening and all through the night, we had to go down to the first floor to use the restroom til another worker was able to open it.
