We decided to take a long weekend away for my husband's birthday. This hotel was supposed to have breakfast included as well as a coffee pot in the room. However, they're doing renovations, so no food was included and the restaurant was closed. We weren't notified of this until I asked to confirm the breakfast situation upon check-in. We ended up spending more money than if we had gone to a different hotel since we ended needing buy all meals. The room was overall decent. The sheets were clean. The rest of the hotel room left some things to be desired. We did have a mini fridge and microwave. The microwave was not cleaned before our arrival. The tub wasn't all that clean. The towels were tiny, and felt more like children's towels. There were no washcloths. We didn't pack either of those items as those are typically provided at hotels. The ice bucket and coffee cups (not for coffee since no coffee maker in the room) were in the bathroom. The ice bucket didn't have a lid. We did not use that since it was being stored in the bathroom right next to the toilet. The receptionists were friendly and did provide recommendations for food. When we asked for additional pillows and towels, they provided them. We were on the first floor, so that was nice especially since the elevator was out of service due to the renovations. The travel Shampoo provided was half-used. Overall, the stay was okay. While some things were left to be desired, the bed was pretty comfy and sheets were clean.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. Apparently I was given a “before” room.

Can’t complain for $65 a night. Place is in the middle of a renovation but was clean.

No towel in the room, when I called front desk to gave me towels he asked me to get it in front desk 😳😞

Security door didn’t lock.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a hotel. 10 minutes before check-in the hotel left a voicemail that they would not be accommodating us and canceled our room. I immediately called back and they informed us that the people in the room wanted to extend their stay another night. There was no manager there and when asked to have a call back, they manager ignored the request. We stopped at the hotel to try and get a response or see if they could help us and they were absolutely horrible. Rude beyond belief and as my husband left, one of the employees called him a bad word under their breath. My husband did not take kindly to that. I cannot even put into words how terrible they were.They didnt care that we had no place to stay and told us that the other family already paid a few hundred dollars so they didnt want to turn away the business. Well they officially lost a potential customer.

I love the manager Nicole! She is amazing and very patient and professional. They’re was a few other staff members there that are very disrespectful and rude. Other than that the hotel is very nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and the jacuzzi in our room was so nice!

Fortunately I got a different room for second night. The first room was TOTALLY destroyed by dogs and the cleaning was ZERO. The smell, the stains, the curtains, the carpet was beyond disgusting. The toilet and sink have never received a cleaning. No towels. No soap. No trash can at all. The A/C-heater was so loudly noisy that to be able to sleep we preferred to be so cold instead of keep it on. Terrible.
