Nothing as described. Strange smell in toom like it had water damage. Another customer was complaining which should have been sign to me. Breakfast was mediocre at best. And when asking for items, staff acted upset. Very disappointed

room was ok. It didn't have a shower curtain when we showed up, so we had to ask for one. Pool and hottub were very gross. Some other things were broken.

Ok for the price and location. Was under construction and no working ice machines. Hot tub hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

The location is good, but very pricey for what it offers. Our room was the worst! According to the online check in, it was the last available, but the restroom was clogged. The phone didn't work and the fridge was broken. The ice machines weren't working either. We tried to get a hold of someone to help, but no one was available. It was a good thing that it was a short stay and we only went to sleep.

I wouldn’t stay here again. There was a hole in the floor of my bathroom, the couches were disgusting, everything about this property was run down. It needs a complete remodel. I didn’t even want to shower here, I just waited until our next stop.

Staff were very helpful and nice. Room was spacious and clean. Loved having a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. Appreciated the coffee and water station in the lobby. Breakfast was nice too. We didn’t realize it was a dog-friendly place until we heard barking, but it didn’t bother us. We just never thought to ask when we booked the room.

First night was good, but flooring was coming up in bathroom. Second night, elevator was down. We got ambushed by a bat on the 3rd floor. Scared my 5 and 2 year old granddaughters.
Elevator down the next morning again.
The breakfast and the lady who handled all of that were very good. Lady, failed to get her name, was the best I have experienced in a hotel. I gave her kudos to the manager.

The maid we met was very nice and friendly and the lady that did the breakfast set up and food was very very friendly and treated everyone like they were special. We thought she was the best. did not get her name.
The rest of the place needs a through cleaning. Stains on the carpets. The hall ways were dirty. No soap in our bathroom. Over all it needs a complete redo.

Came to Austin to race Trans AM series at COTA. Hotel was clean, staff was nice. 20min drive to the track, but did not have to fight airport or downtown traffic because of the hotel location.

In addition to not cleaning the rooms after leaving in the am, even after specifically requesting room clean with the front desk and the cleaning staff, and no hot water the day we left - breakfast closes at 9:00am, so unless you are staying for work purposes, breakfast closed too early to be able to take advantage of.

Firstly, this hotel could only find one of my reservations thru expedia. I am glad i had the confirmation but it took way too long. The rooms did not have any hot water, not even luke warm for the entire stay.
Finally the elevator was acting up and I was stranded in it for 10 minutes.

Staff was nice. The outside of hotel looked newer but inside was dated carpets were dirty around the hotel and in hotel room stained trash on floor. Elevator looked so dirty like it’s never cleaned

The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed very comfy. My only issue was the AC. I arrived late, so turned on AC around 10. Around midnight, the room was still extremely hot. Between then and 1 am, I adjusted the dial (no wall control) every way possible, but the room stayed hot. I called the front desk at 1am. She told me to turn it off and then back on after 10 minutes. If that didn’t work, she said she could try to switch rooms but I had already heard they were full. It didn’t, so I just made it through the night. The next morning, I noticed the 3rd floor hallway was hot too.
We are traveling back to this hotel on Parents’ weekend. I would have switched hotels but most were booked. Hoping AC issue is fixed!

Property was its usual in great conditions, the service was excellent.

On the outside the hotel looks good. The rooms on the other hand need improvement. My room door wouldn’t close properly. I had to lift my door up in order to close. My curtain was torn, the water valve on the shower was spraying out when the valve was opened for the shower. The shower head adjuster handle was broken and we couldn’t change the shower head settings.

Booked this hotel last minute for my family of 4 and I. The location is great you’re close to San Marcos River and/or Austin. We arrived and were checked in. There was a weird smell in the hallways, the elevator was raggedy( but worked.) luckily the weird smell was not in the rooms. The room was clean and breakfast was good in the morning.
The pool was a NO GO as it was DIRTY! You couldn’t even see under the water. It was a good place to stay for the night but wouldn’t recommend for a consecutive stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However the property needs attention . Windows were so dirty, and in general just needs and uplift.

The Daytime Employees were AWESOME! However, the Night staff a front desk (a man) wasn’t helpful at all. Any question I had it was like trying to pry information from him to get a basic question answered. I had booked a ground floor room and he said no we are full. I said I have a confirmation and he ignored that and put me on third floor with my dog. Specifically booked a first floor room. Then in the morning I asked a lady at front desk about first floor room and she told me they had several open first floor rooms the night I arrived. Ya I had previously booked and confirmed that first floor room and paid for it before I arrived at the hotel So I don’t think that because of this, I won’t book at that Hotel again. YOUR DAY STAFF IS AWESOME. NIGHT STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Stayed here for a wedding. The stay was amazing. New to Texas and the front desk ladies knew it but welcomed us with smiles and a Free Big Red because we never had it before. Would definitely stay here again. Not to far from any stores or gas stations.

The person at the front desk, TRACY, was exceptional! She pulled a 24 hour shift while we were there and kept everything going great! She was friendly and cheerful!
The breakfast & coffee was great both mornings we were there! We usually pass but not at this location.
The problem we encountered was the driveway is not well marked. There is a new driveway just beyond the one to la Quinta abs it looks like the one we should use. Obviously we missed the turn in twice. At night it is at least lite up but the little posts that are illuminated are kind of short for as tall as the grass is around d them. Seems it would ni be terrribky expensive to fix this problem.
The other complaint I have would be the pillows. They were too hard. We made it but softer pillows would be really nice.
All in all we enjoyed our stay!

Place is run down, we were there for 4 nights and every day we had to go to the front desk because the room key almost never worked. The curtains were ripped. We would go out and come back to no towels on our room but all the garbage would be there. Staff work hard but the place doesn’t help.
