Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Austin - Kyle

Location. Very clean and spacious room. Quiet. Plenty of food and shops nearby. Matt and staff were accommodating and pleasant and welcoming. The remote wouldn't work and the young man at the front desk (I didnt catch his name) came straight up to fix it in a flash. Take note: there's a little round sensor hanging behind the TV. Move it toward the side of the TV and the remote works flawlessly.

Only having a single elevator was a little frustrating. A property that size should have more than one. Otherwise, I honestly don't have anything negative; but if I'm picking, the bed could have been a bit more supportive. It was comfortable enough to sleep pretty soundly. Oh, one of the lamps on the nightstands had a broken ring connecting the bulb to the lamp so it was loose and swung if you moved it. Simple fix.

Camere ben arredate e pulite. Posizione top

Avrei preferito un più di alternativa per la colazione. Ma va bene.

Very disappointed in breakfast. One of the criteria we have when booking is breakfast included. The breakfast here was not up to the standard we have come to expect.

View from room was a construction/storage area. Breakfast was horrible.

The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was very little. My check in process was awful, very poor customer service and communication. I was able to book 3 hotel rooms while being under 21 and no where on the website or the booking did it say you had to be 21 or older. The woman at the front desk would not let me have access to all rooms in my name, even though she has my ID, I am 20 years old and there were no rules anywhere stating that. She then made every woman on my team scan their personal ID to make sure they were over 18, even though I told her we are a college team, and we also have members who are over 21 on the team who were there at the same time. She was very stand off-ish and hard to talk to. I was here traveling for a college volleyball tournament that we travel to every year and we decided to stay somewhere new. The faculties were nice, like the bed or the shower, and the room was very clean. But even some towels had stains on them in the room.
