Room was mostly nice but the bathroom had a really bad smell and no fan to ventilate. The pool was closed due to broken handrail but the jacuzzi was open. The bed was comfortable. The worst thing about this hotel is the breakfast, it was so awful. Even the oatmeal was inedible. One day is was so watery it was basically soup, but the next day it was thick and pasty and ice cold before 8am.

Very spacious room, especially for the price! Kids enjoyed the pool and the coffee was suprisingly good. Breakfast had a great selection of good foods. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel. Clean and nice. Hot tub was cold and pool wasn’t heated like it was supposed to be.

Room was great, however there were issues with the facilities. First, the hot tub/spa was "out of order". From the sound of it, it has been that way for a while. Winter is best time for hot tubs so I don't understand why someone wasn't called to fix it. I was there for 3 nights and no one came to fix it.
Also, the new Peloton bike that Hilton has been advertising on TV didn't work. It said I could sign up for a free account but of course it never connected to the website. I let it try for like 15 minutes then I gave up.

Nice property. Good location. Bed is comfortable. HVAC in room is difficult to control and very loud. The room darkening shade didn't work well. Breakfast is good - eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, waffles, yogurt, a little fruit. I might stay here again.

Girls weekend champagne tasting and specifically selected this hotel because it had a hot tub. When we arrived, the hot tub was not working, and received little to no help to get it working at it was only 8:30PM on a Friday evening. The free breakfast options were not great either. Would not plan to stay again.

We had a nice stay in the hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The bedding is comfortable. The breakfast is good. Good location too with lots of shops. Telsa supercharge is cross the street.

We had a very large room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Free parking. The hotel is next door to lots restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

1. The room need more outlet for plug in our device. The table need one more chair
2. We booked it for people of five and when we checked in, there is extra blanket for the fifth person. By the time next day, we asked for extra blanket, the front desk said there is no clean the blanket and need to wait till afternoon. We came back at 5:00pm and check again, and we was told that there is still no clean blanket due to short of labor. This is unacceptable and this is management issue at this property
3. Room arrangement is poor. The room next door was a high school sport team and there is no door bell of that room so the team mate need to knock the door really loud and shout loud to do the morning call at 5:00 am. In this case, they should have a room that has door bell so it won't effect to others.
4. The WiFi is complety not working the entire stay. Even technician called us to debug it, after he hung up, we lose the internet again.

Room 209 heater was broken. It was too hot to sleep. Esperanza switched it to cooler from the heater and told us to wait for one hour to see if we could sleep. It was almost 1 am. Repeated request for another room was declined. Upon checkout I was sick and sleep deprived. One day later I am still sick.

Good place for our short visit. Very close to family and within walking distance of restaurants and stores. Room was comfortable.

The property is super convenient, right off the 101 but remarkably quiet and peaceful. It is also dog friendly which for us is imperative...and it was very easy to take our girl out as we had a room on the 1st floor. A very nice property, very nice rooms with a fridge and microwave and just very convenient. The Safeway, CVS and more are right across the way as well!

I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Healdsburg and the surrounding areas. What drew me to this property was the good rating in both Yelp and Expedia. This hotel lived up to the ratings. It is clean, breakfast included, 3 charging stations for electric vehicles, and conveniently located. The hotel is not far from the freeway and 10 - 15 min away from downtown Healdsburg and wineries. We definitely will be back.

We stayed here for one night during a beer tasting weekend. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has some good restaurants nearby. It is also close to the beverage district and lots of wineries .

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and tidy. We saw couple of minor things but no need to be mentioned since they are just nit picky stuff. An overall great experience. Highly recommended and would book again.

I was doing a presentation the next day. I arrived early to prepare for it. The internet was down. Cell phone signal for AT&T was awful.

Honestly it was a very good hotel. It was newer and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was honestly one of the better hotel showers I’ve ever used. They had a decent breakfast that goes till 10am. I would totally stay here again!

The only thing I didn’t care for is the elevators. They were a little scary. One was rough and the other wasn’t as bad. I’m claustrophobic, so for me it was kind of scary. Other than that, the property was great.

Not great... room was dirty. There was garbage and items in the couch, and a large bag of rotten food under the sink. Speaking of garbage, there are tiny garbages in the room, not practical. Half the outlets did not work, the Wi-Fi was not strong. The shampoo was completely out. When I needed an extra blanket I was instructed I had to go down to get it, which was odd as I had never had an encounter like that in other hotels. The pool area is nice, but again on the dirty side. When you walk outside there is a strong animal urine smell. It just was a very mediocre stay. The hotel seems to need some updating. Even the elevators were in rough condition. I've stayed at many Hampton inns and considering the area, I was surprised by the lack of quality.
