We were sitting on the bench outside of our room and the lady who worked in the ticket collection place, driving a blue svu, almost parked her car on top of our laps. The staff should be more considerate.

We booked in to one of the six bed rooms, there was plenty of space and the beds were comfy. The amenities were basic but worked and was what we needed.

Our stay at the castle was fabulous. The staff were excellent to deal with and the facilities are stunning. The kitchen is well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised to have access to launry facilities.
The room was nicely finished and very large. I highly recommend the Muncaster Castle and our only regret was not budgeting enough time to fully enjoy all that is available.

Clean room with very good communal facilities. Having access to the grounds during our stay was excellent. Lovely breakfast from the Stables cafe. We will definitely return.
