The front desk throughout the check in was great hotel was clean room was clean was very satisfied until the next day when we got back from hospital our room wasn’t cleaned I called front desk and he said the cleaning crew had left for the day this was at 5pm I asked fro someone to bring clean towels and he said I have to come and get them they knew I wasn’t happy he gave me candy and water to replace not having cleaning which it didn’t I was disappointed with this standard of hotel

This was a one night stay. Beds were firmer than my liking. The hotel is dated. There wasn't any USB ports in the room.

Stopped 1 night
on a trip through Little Rock. Clean, comfortable, no bad odors, no bugs. Rooms are a little smaller than some hotels but adequate. Shower was great... good pressure and hot water, and the tub drained well! Very nice breakfast. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Even came with a little excitement as bad weather blew in and tornado sirens went off. Nick at the front desk did a great job keeping us informed and ushered to safe areas. We didn't use the pool.

Overall nice stay. Bathroom could have been cleaner. There were red spots on the walls; not sure if it was blood or something else.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. However- my room did not get cleaned once over a 5 night stay even after I requested it. That was a real bummer to gone back to after very long work days. You won’t be able to catch an Uber or Lyft either and the taxi was spotty with availability. Charming town though.

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean , the staff was friendly, it was convenient to places to eat and from the Highway. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property is well maintained in and out. My room I stayed in was clean, all but one place on the bathroom wall next to the trash can. Other than no complaints.

I have been to Conway 3 times and I finally found the perfect place to stay! It was so clean, comfortable and quiet...no weird smells...had everything we needed. Breakfast was definitely better than I expected with fresh fruit, oatmeal with lots of toppings, cage free eggs, etc. Our daughter is going to college in Conway so we will definitely be back! A great stay! Thank you!

Booked this room going down the road..chose it for the great reviews…which we can add another “excellent ” to..Maggie checked us in…very pleasant. Coffee maker made one cup then stopped working..but saw that the little inside tube water connection had come loose..fixed..
We had the larger studio room..super big…breakfast was nice…very quiet…wal mart next door it was a very good stay
