Overall, nice. Breakfast was pretty good. However, they aren't scoring high on the eco-friendliness portion of the review. All the plates and cups at breakfast were styrofoam and the utensils were all one-time use, plastic. I expect more out of a hotel with such a good reputation.

The property is under construction, not a nice smell , I tripped on tile in breakfast area, not to safe .

We enjoyed our stay.

This is an okay place to stay but the smell was odd and the bathroom had a broken drain. If was adequate but definitely not exceptional.

I love that I can always count on a Holiday Inn Express! Always comfy beds too.

It would have been nice to know ahead of time that there were renovations being done on our 4th floor. We were left with empty light sockets in our room and dirty hallways. Please advise people ahead of time, as I booked this as part of a getaway for a very special event and got low class instead

It was a nice stay. There were just a couple of buts…I was supposed to pay at the property, they charged my card about 2 hours before we checked in. And had tried to charge for over half of the room 3 nights prior. The floor we were staying on is being remodeled so there were about 4 rooms being used, the rest were open and there was plaster all over the place with the plastic on the carpet. Being the world we live in today, that was just a little eerie—thankfully no one seemed to be hiding behind those doors in the rooms being remodeled. But I didn’t feel completely safe.

Very nice and roomy suites.

The hotel itself and staff were nice. We woke up with backs hurting because the beds were sooooooo hard and uncomfortable. We prefer to stay at an Embassy because it’s so much more comfortable but there wasn’t one in the area. Def need to put some money into better beds.

My stay was amazing. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast had a large selection and the food was great. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Great place to stay. Very clean, friendly staff, plenty of food in the area and easy access to stores nearby. Highly recommend!

The check in staff were really polite.

Our check in time was 3pm & we were told we couldnt check in until around 3:20pmor so. The bed frame had a piece of thin metal peeling up which cut my hand during the middle of the night. The bath room mirror had "Hannah S wuz here" written on it. Aside from those few things the night stay was good. Breakfast was not as great as previous stays. 5/10 overall.

Looks like a really nice hotel. The 1st room we were given had what looked like cigarette ashes on the "clean" made bed. Supposed to be a smoke free hotel. 2nd room was better. However, you could tell it hadn't been vacuumed as there were chips on the floor in plain site. Also, there was something that looked gross on the headboard of the bed and also next to the toilet. I cleaned it myself with antibacterial wipes. The people next to us were so loud, sounded like a herd of elephants running around all night long! The noise made it hard to sleep! The breakfast area was nice with good choices. Kids liked the pancakes! We LOVED the hot, cinnamon rolls-the best part of the whole stay!! Staff were super friendly too!

The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff was very friendly. There were a lot of loud kids (baseball tournaments in town). Other than peoples' out of control kids, it was great!

Great stay!

The property is in a good location, but that is where the good review ends. At check-in there was only one person, and he explained he was the only staff working, so he was only doing housekeeping duties, etc. The hot tub was not working. The frame on the bed was broken. There was hairbin our shower. There was mold on the bathoom ceiling and on a picture hanging above the toilet. The internet kept going out, even with them providing names to a number of different servers they use.

All great! Food great! Clean, comfy! Only problem is the gym was out of sanitizing wipes.

Great location

The room was decent. Floors were stained and dirty. There was a hair on the wall of the shower. There was no bar hand soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom. The beds were hard and not very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and the best part of the stay.

Easy to locate and get to. Clean, quite and new .

Everything was great, except the mattress was a bit too firm.
