Our room had a shower that dripped all night. On top of that there was an ugly water leak that flooded the carpet. We told the front desk person and he said there was no maintenance person and no rooms available and walked away. Mind you the parking lot was never even half full. So obviously he didn’t care. We had to deal with soggy carpet until we checked out the next day. The place needs help wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom probably from other water leaks. Just overall bad experience and it wasn’t a nice room. So will not stay there again.

They were in a renovation which wasnt mentioned at booking. Room's wallpaper peeling. Hot tub also not working, also not mentioned at time of booking

Right off 287 so have a little traffic noise but overall good location. Renovation was going on. Very friendly staff.

The staff were amazing, breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is under construction so it was a bit dirty and run down. There were leaks in the ceiling stairwell and all of the ice machines were gross.

Unfortunately we had to have the displeasure of staying at this hotel for a family emergency. They were booked so we were unable to change rooms. The pull out bed for my son was dirty and filled with crumbs, like the sheets or padding was never changed. It was hot so we turned on the AC which was difficult to find but it squeaked and rattled all night. It was awful. The king bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in the mattress. Needles to say we will not be booking here again. I told the front desk and they did nothing and just said they were booked. I spoke to the manager in the morning and he said sorry but did not offer any solution.

Convenient location. Perfect for one night stay on our long drive home. Hotel under going some renovations but wasn’t a problem. Rooms are nice and spacious. They have the best breakfast too!!

Just meh for the most part. But the unacceptable was when the fire alarm went off at 5:30 AM & I walked into the lobby to get some answers. The gentleman at the front desk ignored me and another patron and walked away from us when we were trying to understand what was going on.

Even though remodeling is going on, the staff made sure our stay was great!
We visit family there and we will certainly stay again.

First I've stayed at Fairfields before and had no issues. I guess we just picked the wrong dates to stay at this one. They were in the middle of renovations which I didnt notice when I booked. Construction materials and equipment inside and out. We were awoken Friday morning by cherry picker outside our window working on upper level. Not good. Free breakfast was bland-no pork sausage or bacon, only turkey sausage-which i can dont like. coffee was okay. we declined housekeeping
on two days, but requested for the 3rd day. we were gone all day and ready for clean towels but they missed us for some reason? Location was perfect! Just a few minutes from Mansfield Medical Center, where my son was having surgery.

There was construction, but it didn't affect the stay...staff was great, motel was quiet. We will stay there again!

Breakfast needs improvement - tasteless scrambled eggs, lukewarm coffee, english muffin was rock hard. Bagels were good, good selection of teas.
Low flow showhead had us taking twice as long to shower ....so how did we save water? It took a long time to rinse out any shampoo or conditioner.

Overall, this was a good quality hotel stay for the price paid. The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation so there is a bit to messiness and clutter around the build. However, the staff and amenities were good and what I would expect from a Fairfield Marriott.

The hotel is under renovation and still charged full price for a room in need of urgent repairs. The A/C was noisy, blanket has stains, bathroom wall paper had peeled. Towels were old.

Hotel is going through a remodel. Signs all around the property state that the remodel would be finished by 11/12, today’s date is 11/16. The pool and hot tub were closed and not communicated as such. Upon checking in, was given keys to a room that was already occupied. Less than satisfied with this situation

Was not informed the ENTIRE front desk/lobby was under construction. Construction started on Sunday at around 8 am and my room was near the area being worked on. The person that checked me in was nice and apologized for the inconvenience which was nice but this stay was not the best. I wouldn’t have booked here had I known of the construction.

To be fair, the hotel lobby is under renovation, which I did not realize when booking. The staff was friendly but I was disappointed that they put me in adjoining room when the hotel did not have that many guests. I just was not comfortable.

Overnight crew is worthless- 2 Indian guys. Bed was horrible. Towels were dirty. Construction crews all day. Hot tub didnt work. Gym was disgusting and nothing was cleaned. Breakfast was decent and crew that prepared breakfast was awesome. The rest was a disaster.

The bed was so comfortable. We were right by the elevator and I was worried it would be loud and noise, but we could not hear it at all. Probably one of the most quiet hotel stays we’ve ever had.

Im a very clean person. The cleaning staff doesn't clean well. The walls have stains. Had dust in some areas. The breakfast is limited. The dont have turkey or chicken sausage. They think everyone eats pork. I asked a few time for turkey sausage. The lady disnt even try to get it during my stay. The beds are not that comfortable. So i have stayed there since.

This was the MOST comfortable bed and PILLOWS......oh my gosh.......I have ever slept on!! My most favorite part about this hotel. It did have a slight "odor" in the hotel, which I wasn't sure if it was just because it was an older hotel or what. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink were terrible. The ironing board and iron were prwtty worthless. Room was clean but beds were rock hard. Nice place to stay but need better mattresses for sure.
