The hotel isn't all that great. The bed was as hard as a rock. AND NOBODY wants little square pillows! YOUR guest want normal sized pillows that are comfortable. The shower was old with cracks in the sheetrock in the ceiling. The TV channels were lacking - and no instructions on the how to use it. Maybe ours just didn't work. WHO KNOWS. THIS is not a $3255 a night hotel. Maybe it is when you want to price up your crappy rooms because you know there is a graduation celebration that weekend. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN

Great Hotel. Very clean and convenient to the activities we had in Mansfield. Service was great and Hotel was extremely clean. The only issue was with the cable channels. Our family travels for athletics nearly every weekend and I travel for work and I can say that is the worst excuse for channels EVER!
Basic cable channels( CBS, FOX, NBC)plus several nonsense channels. No streaming options, no premium cable options, not even TBS, USA, Nickelodeon, etc…..difficult to spend any time in the room with family when you have no television.

My family had to stay here for one night due to having to evacuate our home for a day. I am thankful that we were able to find a place on short notice. Friendly staff and clean. Beds are not the most comfortable but for the price it got the job done. Also it’s located near lots of shopping and eating. Popeyes & Walmart is in walking distance less than 5 minutes.

Shower had mold. The pillows are travel sized. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Service has been excellent both times we’ve stayed. The breakfast is great and has a variety of choices. There is highway noise on the front side of the hotel-but it was not bothersome to me.

Noisy....rooms walls were popping (making noise) all night. Not sure if it was the plumbing in the walls but terrible none the less. Heat/AC unit could not regulate the heat (probably due to the thermostat was not working properly. We asked for a room across the hall away from traffic and the plumbing etc.. noises was told no availability.

It was difficult to control the temperature in the room. The heating system was'nt very efficient, so we were cold the entire night.

My stay was ok, I booked specifically for the indoor jacuzzi and it wasn't heating so that ruined my stay.

There was mold and rust in the bathrooms and very stinky in my room.. the refrigerator was damaged with rust and dents as well. However presentation is everything to a customer CLEAN UP!

The hotel cleanliness was perfect . We loved the spacious room . Surprisingly the bathroom was also spacious. I think that the hotel was renovated recently . We will definitely stay in this hotel if we happen to be back to Dallas .

People friendly only down side was the bathroom room shower curtain had someone stains on it and they finally replaced the before we left.

Our stay was a bit forced because we had accidentally booked th hotel in error. We asked for a refund and it was denied. We stayed at the hotel and we were disappointed because we paid over $200/night and one would expect to have a spotless room with clean floors and no cracks in the walls. We expected more for the rate we paid. The breakfast was good though.

Everything was great except the shower or bathroom, a little small but comfortable. The shower was excellent but the shower curtain needs to be upgraded, it was too thin water was leaking through it unto the floor and made it very dangerous for my brother who had a disability. I wanted a walk in shower in the bathroom, but none was available thanks

Great experience... I was able to checkin early. The room was clean. The only concern was that their were white patches of paint on the walls in the bathroom near the toliet, which I thought wasn't a good look. Overall, I was satisfied and will return. The breakfast was very good.

Entire property was well maintained and refreshingly clean. Hassle free check in, check out. Breakfast had many options including fruits and pastries.

Breakfast and coffee was great. Room was clean. Nice staff. Walking distance to Walmart. Too pricey on the weekend. Would stay again on a weekday. Didn't use the indoor pool but looked nice enough.
