Awesome.

Great place in a great location. Plenty of restaurant and entertainment options either in walking distance or a 5 min drive away.

The location is convenient and room was spacious, but that’s about it for the good. At 1:30am, even with ear plugs in, i was awoken by the extremely loud heater. I turned it off and then that noise was replaced by the very loud lobby music coming from the entrance (I was in room 208 above that). Herman at the hotel desk answered my first call and said he would look into it…I called back 15 minutes later and he said that not only could he not turn the music off, he couldn’t even turn it down. He gave me the number for the manager which didn’t work. So, I called Hotels.com customer service who was even more rude & unhelpful. The supervisor hung up on me because I said ‘freakin’ ridiculous, yelling at me that I was swearing at her, that’s not a swear word! She literally could hear the music I was complaining about and says, it’s not that loud…are you kidding me?! So I was up for 3 hours in the middle of the night, not able to get hardly any sleep and checked out promptly come sun rise. Ramona at checkout who I complained to about Herman and my terrible night and let her listen to the videos of the noises said she would’ve moved my room as that was awful. She said she would let the manager know, and told me the number Herman gave me was a fax number, but a week later and still no response.

I will definitely be back. The best hotel I've stayed in a very long time.

Excellent stay in the Charlotte Ballantyne area. Comfy, spacious room.

Nice and clean. The only thing I did not like was seeing the lady that works in the kitchen come out with gloves on and put her hands in the trash can to push the trash down and with the same gloves on immediately start touching food trays.

Shopping Center right across the street with a lot of dining options!

I've stayed here for business before and had a nice stay, so decided to book for a personal trip. Great experience all around. I love that the rooms are suites with a sitting area like a "den". Also love the separate toilet room from the shower room, each with a sink. Located right off the highway with a few restaurants nearby.

What I liked about the property was the warm friendly atmosphere and greeting upon entrance.

The A/C sounded like a car engine when starting and stopping. The toilet wouldnt stop running. Made sleeping inconvenient and restless. Hotel was fully booked so couldnt change rooms.

While the staff every single one of them was lovely, helpful, alas breakfast was dreadful, not much choice no bread just bagels

Hotel is clean, modern and attractive. Check-in was terrible - said I already had a room when I just arrived; could not find my request for an end room; first gave me a room near the elevator; then said to wait an hour for them to find me a room. Not at all what you might expect or hope for.

This hotel is recommended overall with many positives such as a convenient location, friendly staff, and very clean. Our shower was not working well throughout our stay and unfortunately never fixed though--very poor water flow and pressure.

The people on top of us kept running and jumping until midnight and the busy road with noisy muffler cars did not allow me to sleep well

Husband and I stayed overnight after a panthers game. Check in was easy, the stay was nice but we did have to change rooms due to no hot water. But they were quick to change us over to a different room. We love staying here when we travel to Charlotte, easy drive to the city and cozy rooms.

Jonathan was amazing! We came in late and he was happy and checked to make sure everything was great. Third stay here during road trips and we will be back.

Disappointed that the pool was out of service, but should have read the latest reviews. Everything else was fine, including breakfast.

The bathroom does not have locking doors. They are those modern barn type doors that slide back and forth but have no lock/latch mechanism. Pool was also shut down during our stay. Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was good. In a nice, safe area of Charlotte.

It was my first time at this location with my family, the hotel is really nice, clean, modern. Check in was last then 5 minutes, the room was huge, very clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent. I really recommend.

I can’t honestly say one bad thing about this property. The one thing I can say is that perhaps the headboards and or beds need a re-do. While I slept comfortably, one of the headboards had quite a few rips/tears on it. And this being a great hotel, I would think something like that needs to brought to someone’s attention. #306

Very clean!

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good, nice variety. But for $154/night, the hotel should have been kept up properly. The indoor pool was disgusting, it had particles of I don’t know what floating around in it and a couple of times someone’s floating hair got caught in my fingers! And the next day, we noticed my 1 y/o grandson had little white bumps on his legs. Also, it was so warm in the halls, almost like the air conditioning was broken but it did get nice and cold in the room. The headboards had rips in the material and some of the lights weren’t working. I don’t know, I was expecting a better experience but I know I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

I literally went there just to sleep, so my stay was less than 10h. The staff were nice, the building is beautiful and the common area was clean. Although my room had some details that made me think it was not cleaned properly. The pillows were not organized on the bed, one of the tissue paper was not folded as the second one, making me think it was used after the room service and also there was a empty plastic box on the coffee table. So not knowing if the room was really cleaned after the prior guest, bothered me. The room is really nice though, the only thing is that in the morning is really light, the curtains don’t close the whole window .

The place is clean. The staff are very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to all who want to explore charlotte. Superb!
