Location , Location , Location !!
Couldn't pick a better spot on the strip with little grocery store across street and bus stop to airport and Hop off and on tours just a short walk up street . Only downside is elevator is very small ( problem when loaded with luggage )

Superb location near squares & monuments with many good restaurants on the doorstep and close to all travel systems. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the bistro waitresses - we had breakfast included.

The only draw back is it's location. It's not easily recognized by Google maps. The hotel is in a very old district and more or less on a back street. Even though there is an opera house (136 yrs.old) direct across the street and is active in concerts. Web sites pictures show it with the Hard Rock Cafe in direct line of sight. This is mis leading and not true.
They need to have a better detail on maps. We didn't find it real easy to located. Hard Rock Cafe is on a main street. On the corner, you have to walk down a short block to a back street and then turn right and walk about 200 feet. If you arrive after dark , good Luck.! Florescente needs to give better directions in detail exactly of their location.
