The location is excellent.

The property has no elevator, and it is two flights of stairs from the street to get to the lobby desk to check in. I don’t remember that being mentioned in the description. We were flying out the next day for a trip to the United States. We had 2 bags that weighed 50 pounds. It was an unplanned workout to not only get our bags to the lobby desk, but also up two more floors to our room. The property is nice, but you should be aware that you will be getting a workout while you are there.

La ubicación fue perfecta, super céntrica me quedaba cerca de todo, el personal muy amable me ayudaron con mi maleta, me dieron chance de cambiarme mientras estaba mi habitación, y me guardaron mi equipaje después de hacer el check out. Así que me sentí muy cómoda y protegida.

Solo en la mañana como que pasa la basura y se lleva todas las botellas o algo limpian muy temprano por la mañana y las escaleras están un poco empinadas.

Aesthetically really nice rooms, very modern and everything was up to date. Shower was lovely, good pressure (always a strong debate in my household). Free coffee provided (to a limit). Fridge in the room. Hotel staff were very lovely, let us drop our luggage and then moved it into our rooms once our room was ready (they made the room available early for us). Had a big TV screen in the room with apps on which is good if you need to lounge for a few.

The entrance to the property is quite narrow and as you’re buzzed in, you have to hold the heavy door open whilst you try and get your case through the narrow door. I could see it being quite difficult for elderly people (as it was pretty difficult for my partner and I and were in our 20s / 30s). Also lots of stairs up to the actual reception so might be difficult if you’re a wheelchair user. Our stay was on the same floor as the reception and as the property is small, we could hear every time someone buzzed to get into the property and people speaking at reception. The drainage system might need updating as a few times we smelt the drains after flushing the toilet and even when we came back after a night of exploring the beautiful city. Fire signs in the room were bright green and glowed when the light was off which was pretty distracting when trying to sleep.
