Clean hotel, the front desk staff were nice and the breakfast was pretty good. I would stay here again. Good price also

Our stay at this hotel was good enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was ok. The coffee was good. But there were several little things that started mounting up. I’ll list in order of noticing…
Stains on the carpet. Unattractive and unattended.
Toilet was leaking. Water on floor around base.
Pool deck was dirty. Water cloudy. Wads of hair around pool and in the water. Eeww!
Shampoo pump didn’t work. Locked bottles didn’t allow access.
HVAC unit was really loud.
Ran out of toilet paper (one night stay). No back up.
Breakfast was not very well stocked. An hour before closing up, I had to ask for more coffee, more bacon, more scrambled eggs, more pancake mix…
As I said, the staff was friendly and helpful and responded to our need for shampoo and TP, and said “thanks” for letting them know about the leaking toilet. They also restocked the breakfast items as they were able(?).
I will say the beds were very comfy!
Not sure I would choose this hotel again.

hey. I was charged $50 for incidentals at check in. I didn't charge anything to my room, and I paid for the room when I made the reservation, but I looked at me credit card account, and the $50 charge was still there. How do I get that $50 back?

It was fine. The renovated lobby and breakfast area is nice. The hotel was quiet and staff is friendly.

Worst part is the elevator doesn't work. Hopefully that will be fixed ASAP. Rooms weren't ready when guests were arriving to check in. The breakfast was excellent. Hotel guests were friendly, the bed was very comfortable!!

The hotel was located in a convenient location with plenty of options for meals. The hotel is under renovation which it truly needs. Our room would have been fine, but it wasn't the cleanest. I could smell 'urine' when I walked in the room. I'm not sure I understand how beds are being made now, but it was hard to discern the top sheet from the comforter and feel that I was sleeping between clean sheets. The top of the bed is set higher off the floor that needed, making it difficult for both my husband (5ft 8in) and myself (5ft) to get into. The staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet had some options for most people. Finally, the elevator was under repair, so the night clerk helped carry our luggage to the upper floor.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The breakfast attendant was super sweet and did a fantastic job. We would stay here again when in the area.

Elevator was broken. Had to get another room because the bathroom was out of order in the first. Bathroom was dirty. I've machine didn't work. Light was out at the side entrance.

Mixed feelings about this one. Pool was shut down for maintenance and elevator was broken. We were only on second floor so no big deal. Room furnishings were worn and stained. Nice staff and quiet, no hi way noise. Just has an old and tired feel to it.

Elevator was broken with was less than ideal after a day of travel. The hotel has a funky smell and the room seemed old and dirty. This would not be my 1st choice if back in that area. The hotel is in need of upgrading the rooms to remove the stained carpet.

The hotel was under partial construction at the time. It disrupted the use of the pool, and maybe some of the amenities for others but in the middle of the winter, it really doesn’t matter.
The staff was very nice from the nice gentleman who checked me in to the folks, serving breakfast and cleaning the facilities in the morning. The breakfast provisions were very tasty and the food was fresh.
The room was spacious and clean. It had a spa tub which is a nice feature if you want to soak away your pain from too much activity.
I didn’t necessarily feel smarter because I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, but I got a good night’s sleep.

The only issue I had was when the pipe burst on the 3rd floor. No one told us that it happened until I was in the shower and the water was shut off. I has soap on me and couldn’t rinse off. I wouldn’t of gotten in the shower if they would off called the room.

A little inconvenient that pool and elevator not working

Had to keep the blackout curtain closed with the clips from the hangers (per hotel staff) because they wouldn’t or couldn’t fix the miss hooked curtains. Cracked (hole) in tub. What I originally thought was rust on the upper door frame to the bathroom was not it was what appeared to be poop. Toilet was loose and wobbled. It was late night and went to desk to talked to them after they already charged my card in less than 5 minutes of being there. They said “Oh well we are remodeling”. Yea - The pool area! Not the rooms! Didn’t offer another room or money back or any kind of compensation. Ridiculous for a $208 room!
Talked to a rep with Travelocity I’m supposed to be getting a $25 credit for my next stay but haven’t seen that yet either.

We came for Anderson football homecoming with kids and unfortunately the pool was down for maintenance and we were not told ahead of time but other than that the place was great and my grandkids still enjoyed the weekend

Routine visit with my elderly father who lives in Marion but he had Dr appointment scheduled in Anderson so we stayed there instead. The room that we got was larger by far than the one we stayed at in Marion and so much easier for him to get around in with his walker. Nice facilities. Comfortable.

We arrived at 5 o’clock and was told our room still wasn’t cleaned and ready. The swimming pool was down as well. The door to our room would not close completely and the toilet wouldn’t work properly. The breakfast was good though

At checkin at 3, the room and key was not ready, which creats a dileema when need to get ready to be somwhere but mowhere to get ready at.

My room was moldy. Multiple stains on rugs and furniture. Wallpaper held together with staples

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The General Manager and her team members went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared every morning. We were able to use a washer and dryer to clean our clothes and as we had an extended stay this was an important feature.
