The Place Palacio Mojacar & Spa by ALEGRIA Adults Only

We liked absolutely everything at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The Reception was never overly busy so no long waits for anything as in many hotels. Everything was clearly explained on our arrival and we were given a glass of cava which was very nice! Our room was great, large, spacious and very quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had read previous reviews about issues with the temperature of the shower but we didn't have any problems with it at all. The food was excellent on every occasion, good quality, plenty of choice and hot food was hot. The restaurant was well managed and tables cleared promptly so although the hotel was very busy there were always tables available for everyone. The bar and lounge were really comfortable and relaxing to sit in. The pool area always had plenty of loungers and pleasant music was played throughout the day. We were all inclusive and drinks were exactly the same as if we had been paying cash for them, no short measures or limited supply. Overall, we had a fantastic break and would highly recommend this hotel.

If I had to find something that could be improved it is only a minor thing and I really had to think about it. During the day there is only the pool bar to get drinks or snacks etc from and at busy times quite a queue could form. It could potentially prevent this if there was another place to get drinks especially if it was only a bottle f water or something really quick. Maybe a self service machine that could be operated by the guest's wristband?

Our third stay and it gets better. The staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. Food is always varied and fresh. Great position. The pool area upgrade looks amazing.

Parking is a problem but there is an underground car park which is charged. Pool gets too warm probably because it’s too shallow. Room decor could do with a refresh.

This is the second time we have stayed here and the improvement made to the swimming pool & area is fantastic , the Friday & Saturday evening activities were brilliant especially the singer on Saturday . The hotel room we booked were spacious with a great terrace , infact we stayed in exactly the same room as last year (207)

Found the pillows were uncomfortable & TV channels were a bit limited

The hotel room, spa and facilities were great.

Some staff , like bar staff who were changing prices each day and were quite rude.
