The staff at this hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful. They even helped us with the language barrier by calling and talking to a tour organizer for us.
We booked two rooms. One room on the second floor was great. Our other room on the first floor had a musty smell to it.
We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. A short walk from the Plaza.

The location of this property is perfect. But what really makes it stand out is the incredible dedication of the staff. They are so helpful and are there immediately for any need or request you may have. I felt like part of their family. They were so kind. I will be staying there again when I return to Cusco.

This was an amazing place to stay and a wonderful value. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Everything was perfect!!

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Cusco. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, the breakfast wonderful and the roof terrace with views to die for. It’s centrally located, a 2 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas with lots of restaurants nearby. Special mention to Eduardo who was really welcoming and friendly. We stayed here twice, once before sacred valley/machu Picchu and again on our return. The hotel stored our luggage whilst we were away.
