They are pet friendly and we needed it.

Made a reservation for two queen beds. Was given a queen and a pull-out mattress instead. When I pointed out the mistake, they told me they had none of the rooms like I reserved available, and the room I got was an “upgrade”. Very uncomfortable night.

My Go-to spot it to get away!! Location has walkable gas station food and target/weg if needed. Complimentary breakfast has great options, service is super kind, rooms clean. Internet can be a little wonky at times but it’s free. Only thing I wish the side doors worked for the smoking areas, tried to be as polite to others as I could- but have to walk around the the back or front because the doors weren’t taking our key.

I requested a suite on Expedia and had the confirmation, but there wasn't one available at check-in so I had to take a room with two queen beds. There were only two bath towels, one hand towel and the sheer curtains on the window were non-existent even though the curtain rods were there. Staff was wonderful, common areas clean and the breakfast was good.

Place was up-to-date and relatively new. Great condition, very clean. Eco-friendly showerhead was pretty poor, but eveything else went just fine. Allowed our dogs for a charge. Real basic room, bed and bathroom. We were there less than 24 hours and it was perfect.

Property has some age to it. Hallway carpet very dirty. Room door didn’t close completely - had to push/pull closed. Room had a musty smell. However the Beds were comfy.

Room was tiny and bed was terribly firm. Pretty lobby area and friendly receptionist.

The room was clean, as were the common areas of the hotel. The included breakfast was sparse but did provide enough choices. My only complaint here was the yogurts in the fridge were expired by two weeks. I pointed this out to staff, but the same yogurts were still available the next day. Overall, I would stay here again since it is also reasonably priced.

When we checked in our room had a smell and we realized it was from the fridge. We were given another room which met our expectations. The woman at the front desk was great during every interaction.

The lobby is clean and there is a pleasant scent throughout the halls that I’ve noticed. The house keepers were very nice and so were the people at the main desk.

The property itself is very clean and well kept. The only issue I had was the fact that the room my partner and I occupied had a very strong smell of mold or something of the like. It was very noticeable, since the room my sister booked didn’t have any sort of smell to it. Definitely very distracting from the rest of my experience. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Microtels so this was unusual to me.

Staff nice; property nice. Breakfast selections were practically non-existent. Only a few selections of cold pastries, no hot food at all, no fruit. Very disappointing.

Our stay was really pretty nice. Our room was right off the lobby but wasn’t too loud. The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. They were short staffed and our room wasn’t able to be cleaned the third night of our stay but the desk staff switched out our towels for us as soon as they were available. The breakfast choices weren’t the best but they had the basics. The desk staff were wonderful and helpful and friendly. We would stay here again for the cleanliness alone and the staff.

We enjoyed our stay at this location, the toom wasn't big but it had everything we needed and it was clean. Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone that is looking to stay in that area.

No bath towels in the room. Room wasn't cleaned during our stay. AC filter was covered with almost a 1/2" of dust. TV remote was not compatible with TV (couldn't switch it from HDMI to TV) and maintenance dept never showed up to replace it. Carpets are stained. Hallway reeked of weed 1 night. Front desk staff was friendly though.

It was a great stay shopping close by. Breakfast could be better, but all-in-all it was a great stay . Staff was awesome.

The room is beautiful and clean and the staff was very friendly. The only problem I have is the breakfast. For $200 a night, I'd expect a good breakfast with eggs, sausages, pancakes, and other hot items but there weren't any. The only available breakfast items were coffee, tea, cereal, breakfast bars, yogurt, packaged muffins, and juice. Basically, on-the-go breakfast for people who have no time to sit down and eat.

Room was nice and clean. Did not like the fact that we could not get our room cleaned due to staff being short! Also, I think the check in time should be moved up to at least 1:00 pm 3:00 is really late.

It was our first stay at a Microtel. We were taking our daughter to college and it was a convenient location. Hotel was clean, quiet and affordable. Staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

Need to vacuum under beds and get stains out of carpet in hallway makes it look shabby

our check in was fine, however when you walk in the hotel there is an overpowering smell of something super sweet, like maybe a scentsy or cleaning product. TOO STRONG. The carpets were absolutely disgusting in the halls with stains from maybe throwup or animal pee and poop. The breakfast was super disappointing and we overheard a huge fight between staff members happening behind the desk.
