It's very good place for the overseas biz trip.

Overall good location, connected to shopping malls.
Hotel reception check in/out, restaurant & spa services was good.
Hotel room quite dirty, when check-in the room seem dirty, like never been vacuum for ages. Daily room service just left all the bottles of our empty mineral bottles in the room. Just throw rubbish & make bed only. The towels all look greyish instead of white in colour, old and some have holes.
Not really valued for the price paid for.

The toilet ‘open concept’, I don’t like it especially when you have your children in the room too. Also the single bed is very small even for average size man, when I stay at this ‘level’ of hotel.

The room wasn’t well cleaned. The service in breakfast was also awful that I waited the coffee for more than 20mins, I guess they just forgot. And the staff tried to take away my drink way before finishing. It’s not good at all to me

our stay in this hotel where we had 2 rooms was good.
except for a few repairs of the toilet and lights everything else was great. the pool was not as expected they need to spruce up and clean the tiles which were all stained.
overall it was a pleasant stay?

Excellent service
I received excellent service and support from the staffs in the executive lounge during my business meetings . Special mentioned , Roger and Bella. They made sure my meeting went smoothly by getting all my contracts scanned and printed out in no time. I have full confidence in holding my business meetings there in the near future.

Dislike: bathroom, toilet water leak, chamber maid did not provide sufficient tissue paper, hair dryer outdated, TV programmes outdated, bedroom slippers not comfortable, tooth brush too soft

I arrived early at around 11a but I still got my room with early arrival. The hotel has a fun and modern feel. My room was clean and I liked the open layout. The mattress was just hard enough and not too soft. The pillows were big & supportive. It's right next to a big mall so it was convenient to find food options. I also utilize the gym a few times. I liked the Les Mills bike that has on demand classes that you can follow. Got good workout from that.

My last few stayed commented the shower heater is not working well, hot and cold. This time seems to have been fixed.
The only think I still dislike is having an eerie woman portrait facing the bed I think they should take it off. I have a few friends who stayed there all commented on it. Staying hotel priority is to get good rest and not waking up and seeing a woman staring at you.
Interior I will only rate this only a 3* max a 3.5 (if a 9.5 exist) time to refurbish as well.
Location is fantastic near to a big mall you can get everything there.

The room was very small & Queensize was so small my boyfriends feet were hanging out of the end of bed ( only 6FT tall) The breakfast food was cold & tasteless & overall extremely disappointing. Only the fresh omelette & croissant was acceptable. The coffee was acceptable. The Chinese & indonesian food was the worst experienced in a hotel. I even had to spit the food out more than once. We are both frequent business travelers & rarely complain but this needed to be said for 4 Star Pullman standards. Also the drinks staff were a little pushy & the drinks were overpriced. Maybe that is why we were the only people in the bar. 4 staff & 2 customers!

I stayed this hotel in Christmas for the first time. The restraunt staff named via provided me good service. As soon as I finished eating breakfast, she cleared the plates and cleaned the table. After that, I was able to drink coffee in good mood at a clean table. At other hotels, the staff are always busy working and the service is not good, but this hotel restaurant staff check guest situation carefully and provides good service. I would like to stay again.

Pullman Central Park has been my regular hotel before pandemic. The shower heater which was a problem I have raised before, gets hot and cold. It’s very uncomfortable to take a shower like this and hope they fix this issue soon.

The hotel is in really good condition and i love the coordination from the reception. It is easy to communicate and very helpful.
I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the central park mall. I thought it was ordinary mall, but it is beautiful when you see it from the high floor!
I love the room interior and did i mentioned they have hammam bath instead of regular sauna?? Every corner of this hotel gives you new feelings that you wont get bored during your stay!

Room was actually so comfortable but we arrived at 15.00 and the room is still not available (they havent clean the checked out room). We have to wait around 30 minutes. And alot of people was waiting longer too. Luckily the hotel connected to the mall.

I have booked room with business lounge but they are not operating their business lounge.
I asked them refund but they didn't accept.
Also room is very duty condition .
Finally , I decided to move to other hole in Jakarta.
I stayed this hotel only 2 hours.

As far as I remember, it' the worst Pullman hotel I have ever been. The finition of the room are way below the standard of this brand name hotel. A shame for the price we paid.

Well maintained hotel near express way in Jakarta (Always a plus in this high traffic city), even if not easy to reach it if heading South. Room in good shape but bed not the most comfortable I experienced. Shower right in the centre of room with open bathroom (I was alone and so ok, but not the same if travelling with Others). Located right beside couple of shopping malls with several restaurants Gym with not many machines

I was as usual staying in room with lounge access. Service of staff are good and friendly, the only disappointment is their breakfast menu at lounge, their 2 recommended local chef special are always not available. I think this should not happen in lounge menu.
The most favorable part of this hotel is it is having 2-3 malls connected to it which is why even the hotel is not giving a premium feeling it is very popular.
I hope to see the room being upgraded.
