It is nice hotel with friendly staff, room is clean and big enough for me and my son. There are many restaurants just cross over the road and walking distance to yong Xin fang with many local foods. And city wall just next to it. This place definitely worth for money. It is a good choice if you come to xian.

The room was super comfortable.
The buffet dinner exceeded all expectations- very fair price quality!!! Fair price - extremely good food quality and preparation.
On the negative side - far too much street noice in the rooms - even on executive floors.
Lounge closed.
Laundry service - the most expensive I ever tried - that was incredible overpriced.
All in all - fantastic place - and a few issues to work on.

Staffs were very friendly, especially Jones Zhao, concierge manager was very professional and kind.
Location is good, though neighborhood is a bit oldish and not clean.
Overall I was satisfied with this hotel.

Great hotel with an amazing staff ready to help when needed.
Love being able to use the “Magic” button on the room phone for any needs.
Hotel is in an ideal location with just a short walk to a great outdoor market and the city wall. Would have received all 10’s from us but the beads were just a bit hard for our liking. Still very comfortable though and way ahead of most beds in establishments in China.

I like the staff there. Jones at the Concierge was super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and attend to our needs with his heart. We will definitely stay at the Hilton again because of Jones.

One of my family member needs to go to airport early and they pack breakfast for him. It was a great gesture.

I have to start with the concierge Jones who was fantastic. He sorted out tickets to the theatre and a tour of the Terracotta warriors and the pagoda as well as a recommendation to visit the food market and to cycle around the wall. He really made our trip to Xian and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Note to the management at the Hilton: give him a pay rise and a promotion. Everything else was great too but Jones needed a special mention. Seek him out when you check in. You have to pay for WiFi which is always disappointing but the food was good (I like to the special fried rice from the hotel cafe).

The room was very good, clean, quiet and spacious.
I liked the T-lounge bar. There is a table football to play and the stuff is very friendly and helpful.
Carol from the bar was very professional and helpful with all my questions about food and the city.
The breakfast was also good and wide variety. They welcomed me every time and after a couple of days they even know my room number.
There are malls close and a nice place for street food and gifts.

For anyone visiting Xian this is the most ideal hotel. It is located within the city walls which means that most of the major attractions are within walking distance - a luxury for mega cities in China. Also , it is an easy location for many local tour companies to pick tourist's up Hotel carries all the amenities for a tourist coming from US. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice staff, but it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. The room is very run down and it smells like cigarette, even though we were assigned a non smoking room. There was a government event going on and all guests were subject to security check to get in the property, which was kind of bothersome.

Checking in was easy at the Hilton Honors desk. The concierge handled our bags; I use crutches, called our tour guides to confirm pickup times and aided us with every request. We used the Executive Lounge for breakfast and for our evening "supper". The staff were the most courteous I've encountered in a long time. We couldn't have asked for better service.

We picked this hotel because of its location, it is in the middle of the city and close to all sites in the city. Their concierge for tours were not very good and very expensive. We ended up using a private driver that was recommended to us through another hotel for a fraction of their prices. The rooms were very nice and clean, the only complaint was the fridge who was not working properly. The pool was ok and very nice after a hot day in the sun.

2 days in June 2015. The hotel was good but the room was noisy due to bad windows and noisy traffic. The concierge is superb - the most professional and knowledgeable I have ever seen anywhere. He also speaks good English. He is easy to contact by email.

Terrible. They charged me RMB 50 for a dirty towel which I used to clean their dirty floor. I went striaght to ask the GM there about the incidence and I was not charged. Responsively they refunded me the can of coke I drank after the tiring floor cleaning job! The GM said he will review but the core is that, whenever happened, a dirty towel or a broken hanger, should they ask the customer first before putting a charge on their face for penalty. Ruined my good mood before leaving Xian.

Was there to visit the terra-cotta warriors,hotel was very clean and I was helped by the staff with directions. Rafael and Kevin were very helpful. The room was excellent, very clean and upscale. The room has a very big safe.
