Nice no frills hotel. Super clean and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. Nice friendly staff and the breakfast was good waffles pastries breads boiled eggs sausage bix to nuke yogurt fruit good coffee
All the basics that you need close to downtown and restaurants. Could use some updates the furniture and decor is a bit outdated but otherwise a good place to stay. Would stay again

The front staff was very friendly. When we entered our room, there was an odd smell. I even noticed it in the hallway. We had to spray our room just so we could stay in there the beds were really hard, and I had trouble sleeping tossed and turned all night. The breakfast had a lot of good choices but the coffee was horrible.

The stay was good booked threw motels .com but they added a 85.00 charge for no reason at the motel so I would check my bank account before you leave they did say they would refund it but have not received it

My Wife and I decided to find a last minute deal through your company. Our son attends Western Carolina. We decided to schedule a spring break before spring break. We would reccomend this hotel as long as you get your staff a raise. They were short staffed. This isn't always good on the weekend. We are looking for another return visit. Your suite really supported our stay along with entertainment of our television and games while our son visited us.

The property was very nice , and the staff was very accommodating.

It snowed, which affected TV satellite signals for a few hours. I left the hotel for awhile, but it wasn't long after my return that all the TV channels were back on. I had no trouble with slippery ranks nor parking lot. My only complaint is the heating/air conditioning unit's fan is loud enough that I need to increase the TV volume, which I don't really want to do. Traveling alone, I like the TV for company, but I don't want to be loud for other guests.

This motel was absolutely nasty. The room smelled musty and the floors were dirty. The tv volume didn’t work and the continental breakfast was not much to choose from.

The power outlets were trash! The plugs would not stay in and kept falling out, the room smelled like mold, the towels had holes in them, no soap , rooms stayed hot even when I turned the temp lower! Breakfast was just ok but no meat and coffee was clear! And rooms were way to expensive for how it was and the staff just stayed in the office and made u stand at the counter for a while but they were nice when they did come out but I will never stay there again!

You dressed a brick like a bed so sleep was overly intermittent at best. Other than that, the room and hotel were great.

Clean but outdated rooms. The breakfast options were very slim and not very desirable. But for the price and convenience for my trip it wasn’t bad.

The price was very reasonable and the room was comfortable and meticulously clean. Scott, the manager was personable and professionally dressed in a suit…a welcome rarity these days.The only small complaint: I am a short 5’2” woman and the toilet was so tiny that I felt like I was falling on the floor when I sat on it! Can’t imagine what it would be like for a 6’ guest! Recommend changing it to a “comfort height “ toilet.

We stayed here after our show at harrahs. It was expensive and not so good. Looked like the room hadn't really been cleaned good in the corners and behind the bathroom door in a while. The bed was comfy. Not the cleanest and wasnt what i nornally would choose especially for $250. Its a no go for me.

This hotel is very over rated. The reviews said the breakfast was great. Well, it wasn’t! The apples were good. There was no person available to take care of any needs. Upon checkout there wasn’t a person at the desk. There was only a little sign that said “Be back in a moment”! The only good thing we could say was that our room was clean, but tile by the tub was cracked and there was no daily room service unless you asked for towels! We stayed in Hendersonville two nights after our stay here and it was wonderful for a far lesser amount per night at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott. We paid over twice the amount to stay here in the Microtel Inn. Not ever again! We don’t care if it’s leaf season, game day or what!!

Did not reserve an accessible room but that is what we received. TV had to go through full receiver check. No outlet or USB near bed. Breakfast had waffle makers but no fresh entrees.
When charging upwards of $200/night, certain amenities are expected. We could have stayed at a Super 8 for half the price and probably a better room.
Not a stay we'll be making again.

Front desk staff was lovely. Facility overall was okay but room needed updating. Carpet felt grimy underfoot. Had to run the water for extended amount of time in order to get hot shower. There were no reading lamps which meant we either had bright light or no light. Breakfast area in the morning was clean and stocked.

Two hotel personnel assisted me as soon as I walked in the door. I explained that I had a special needs child who hoarded magazines and pamphlets and that their entire display was at risk. LOL. They got a sheet and covered the display of mountain brochures until we got settled in our room. They also put all other papers behind the front desk and found a room for us that allowed us to use a side entry to the building, which had no items my son could remove. They also replaced our tv remote and ensured that it was working properly. The breakfast items were neatly kept and there was enough to satisfy us all. I love that there was a well-stocked BP close by and that local restaurants were a short drive away as was the Great Smoky Mts. Railway (out main destination).

Decent hotel and would stay there again if in the area (choices are very limited). Room lighting was kind of industrial and TV wasn't connected correctly (we figure out how to use the box and remote). But clean and beds were comfortable.

Nice room but AC did not work. TV did not work they changed out TV so it was fixed but at 10pm I was tired and had to wait on them to finish installing another tv. It was a very large room would have been better if it had a king size bed.
