I return to this location as i know the standards that i can expect and i have never been disappointed.
It may not be the newest but the people really make the difference here.
I stayed here twice on my most recent visit to Bali and would recommend for anyone that wants a well priced and friendly location close to plenty of facilities.
Special mention to Alfil who helped during my stay and Komang who was always so friendly and proactive at the main entrance.
I look forward to returning soon!

Checkin was easy. There’s a nice coffee area if arriving early. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room has a bar fridge. There’s a store at the base of the hotel. It is across from the beach and close to the mall plus there are many small shops and vendors close by. The breakfast buffet has many options to suit different tastes. The omelets to order were delicious.

Hotel was fine, had a nice swimming pool, the neighborhood was typical with lots of people trying to sell you something, and constantly asking where you’re from, how old are you, annoying, but that is not the hotel’s fault. There is a Starbucks next to the property.

Great hotel, great location, great staffs. Hotel condition is average, however in and out by taxi is horrible, we came back from a excursion and when get to the Kuta area is bumper to bumper , it took us 1/2 hr to move to 1 mile

Front office lady Ms Sedco is exceptionally helpful & endearing 💥💥💥💥💥 but the Asst Manager Iwan is not meticulous.

very horrible hotel. the perfect picture on their page is a malicious deception. The location is ghetto, the rooms are horrible and smell nasty. We had to ran out of the hotel next day..

Great rooftop pool with beautiful sunsets. Rooms are nice and bright and spacious. Buffet breakfast was good too with lots of options.

Bali has been one of our dream vacation place. We went for my wife's birthday and the hotel was extremely good and the staff were very nice. They were always there and any help needed, they were just a call away.
Location was very good. Just opposite to the beach to see an excellent sunset. Very close to the shopping malls and for local street shopping. The multi cuisine food was very good with lots of varieties.
Special thanks to the front desk staff Dayu and Ivan for being extremely kind.
When I go again I will stay here only and I recommend this hotel for anyone who plans to have a great vacation

This place had everything we needed. Beautiful room, which was upgraded at no cost to a balcony room. A great rooftop pool overlooking the ocean, which was right across the street. Also shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel also had its own taxi drivers that would take you places, wait for you and drive you back to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Kuta Heritage. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a balcony view to the beach. The location was excellent, just across the road from the beach and central to Kuta shops, cafes, bars, markets, etc. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the service was good. There was a huge selection for the breakfast buffet each morning and a highlight was a dinner at the restaurant with great view of the spectacular sunset. The one downside was the noise each night from bands playing in/near the hotel.

I thought the hotel was good for the 3 nights we spent. I choose the room with the "pool" outside the room and was disappointed to find out that it was about a foot deep. That was the whole reason for picking that specific room and it will have been better if the hotel offered floating breakfast.

Heritage is in a great location and the staff are excellent. The owners need to spend more on property maintenance to fix things like a window/door that wouldnt shut properly in room 105.

Extremely kind and humble staff. It doesn’t matter what you ask or need they will go above and beyond to find a solution. Hotel is located in a very good area, very close to all restaurants, stores and mall center. We had a suite and it was perfect! Breakfast was also good and had plenty of choice. If we ever go back to Bali, we are definitely staying here again! A special thanks to Tadei ( Putu) a very kind young man who drove us back to the airport.
