I was continuing to have issues with my card to get in the door. Even adter getting a second card. My room was the 1st one next to the door. There was people coming in and out of the door, the door slamming and making a lot of noise up until 10:30 at night. I had come from Rio Grand Valley in Texas snd all I wanted to do was sleep after being on the road for 12 hours. And had another 9 hour day the following day. I went out to walk my dog and one of the people going in and out of the door were put there smoking a joint, and we had to walk by that.
I tried to figure out how to turn on the hot tub, but not only was it NOT hot, the button was missing or broke so it wasn’t available either. I have fibromyalgia and was looking forward to sit in it after a long day of driving.
Not a great experience, and will most likely “NOT” be back!

Overall the stay went well except that we wanted to relax in a nice outdoor sitting area. The area we were directed to was only accessible by walking through a the indoor pool room which had an extremely strong smell of chlorine. Many of the outdoor tables were tipped upside down and the cushions were on the ground and in poor repair. The area was very small with a very high fence and a locked gate. Therefore we had to leave through the indoor pool room again.

Our hotel overnight stay was wonderful. Keisha checked us in and she was friendly, courteous, and very professional in checking us in. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable for a great night sleep, and everything in our room worked - the tv, remote, frige. Truly a great place to stay. I booked two rooms, one for us and the other for our nephew and his wife, they commented on how wonderful this hotel is. We will definitely stay here on future trips. Thank you, and thank you to Keisha, employees like her make Comfort Suites a great place to stay.

I was welcome by nice hotel host,she make you feel at home,room was clean, breakfast was good, only thing was the TV might need be a little bigger I had to sat right at it,but I love comfort inn.

Started out with the two keys that were given to me neither one of them would unlock. The door went back down, came back up in the key. Work walked out of the room to get ice. There’s no ice machine on the floor floor and the key did not work again back down again to the lobby.
The wall are thin you can hear what is going on in the room as you’re walking down the hall carpet need to be cleaned

Looked recently remodeled. Very nice, clean, comfortable room. Great hot shower. Nice breakfast. Only complaint is the pillows - I could not find one that was comfortable for me.

I was very disappointed when I arrived at 2:45 p.m. wanting to check in and the girl said she wasn't going to check me in until 3:00 because at what time the check-in time is. I have never had that problem before but she was very hateful and refused to check me in. The girl that came into work before 3:00 was very courteous towards me and told me she would check me in. I almost didn't stay there but I will not go back to that Comfort Suites anymore

The hotel was ok. Front desk clerk not great…felt like I was interrupting her television viewing while checking in. Breakfast was great. Got charged $150 pet fee when nothing on the site outlined these fees prior to booking a non refundable room. Grrrr!

The stay was great. The night service suck. The lady acted like she didn’t want to check us in or help. Even trying to ask her questions she didn’t want to answer us.

Only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable. Couch was dirty, plugs by the bed wouldn't hold charger. Dog fee was $50 per dog. Tub listed as ♿ was a normal tub with a rubber mat provided. Tub had rust spots and was filthy under the soap dish. 1 cake of soap so you got to exchange between shower and sink. Lamp shade was broken. Light on other side of bed didn't work. Walls and ceiling dinged up. All for the wonderful price of $95 plus taxes and dog fees. Definitely will not stay here again. Would not have last night if we weren't so exhausted. It won't let me add pictures but I have them.

It was obvious the property was older and ran down. Needs updating and it smelled. Stay at the Holiday In. Next door.

Pulled the top sheet back off my bed that covered the comforter...as I did that, I noticed blood stains. So I went ahead stripped the comforter completely off the bed and notice the comforter was fu of blood stains. The clerk didn't know where any more was. So I slept with a thin sheet...also a handle was broken off a drawer with the handle inside, a lamp was broke but attached with tape. Floor was dirty.

The quality of the accommodations was a good value relative to the base price of the rooms. Although I expected a surcharge for pets, they charged $50 for each of two cats. Some might find this reasonable; i did not. Other properties on my trip charged only $50 to $70.

The gal at the front desk (evening check in) was less than pleasant-not rude but also not nice at all.
The room carpet could have used a shampoo, and vacuum-the headboards may have NEVER been wiped down. The sofa had a fairly large tear in it with springs sticking out. The housekeepers were not pleasant nor helpful when requesting more towels and toiletries-she refused to allow more shampoo and conditioner and was not pleasant about allowing more towels.
the breakfast staff was VERY pleasant and helpful. the size of the room was accommodating for an extended stay. the breakfast was good-hot-and several options.

The room was disgusting. The chaise had dried liquid stains and there was accumulated visible debris around every piece of furniture. I slept with a coat covering the pillow. So nasty.

My family and I checked in before midnight after an exhausting trip. The following morning, I discovered mold! Our room’s bathroom had mold on each wall. The front desk woman was very helpful and accommodating and got us switched to a new room in less than 10 minutes. If other hotels that were closer to our event weren’t full, we would have switched hotels, for sure.
The staff is incredibly nice, but the rooms left MUCH to be desired.

The front desk lady was very rude in the night of 11/10. We arrived exhausted after midnight and she had a horrible attitude. The daytime people were nice but she doesn’t need to work a front facing job

Check in lady was newer and did a good job. There is a $50 non refundable charge for each pet up to 2. This should be noted somehow on Expedia. Room was kind of rundown and not the cleanest, found debris under stool that had not been moved for some time. Bed was comfortable for a great nights sleep. Easy on and off from highway but no trailers in the parking lot. Have to park them on road but didn’t seem like a big deal.

The shower looked terrible and dripped all night. But the water was hot and had good pressure. Slept well in the bed. Carpet was dirty.
