The room was really small. You pay alot for cleaning fees but you have to clean the room before you leave. Which doesn't make sense of paying a cleaning fee.

The location of the condominium is first rate, the management staffs need to be more friendly and courteous (especially the lobby personnel ).

The place itself was ok. Not horrible and not fantastic. We rented two rooms and got one on the 6th floor and the other on the 18th floor. Would have been nice for them to be closer. One room opened with a key and the other with a code. That was a little confusing at first. I highly advise reading emails from owner thoroughly. I called to inquire about this and the owner Niko was EXTREMLY rude and belittling. He spoke to me like I was an idiot instead of being helpful and just answering my question. We locked ourselves out of our room once during the week and I was horrified that I had to call him again to have the room unlocked. Again, he was belittling on the phone. There is a security/maintenance person in building but they cannot help you with getting into your room. There was a dark stain in the tub and hair in the sink when we arrived. The dishes did not look clean and we had to rewash all the things we used. Plenty of towels. It's hard to tell if bedding was actually clean. There were some cool things in each room to use at the beach like chairs, boogie boards, a snorkel set, etc...that was convenient. Close to good stores and the beach. Relatively quiet. Washer and dryer on each floor for 3 dollars total a load. The actual bed was comfortable but the couch pull out bed was super uncomfortable. You feel the middle bar across your body. Overall, I would not recommend this rental. I tried not to let it ruin my trip to beautiful Hawaii.

Parking is convenient, life is convenient, no service staff can be seen when checking out, P.O.Box is difficult to open and close.

First, the location was perfect for my family. 5 minute walk to beach. Close to shops and transportation. We used the kitchen to have breakfast, lunch and a few dinners. Easy in and out access unlike larger hotels. Free parking was a huge help for our rent a car. We enjoyed the balcony view of the city. The room had boogie boards, chairs and other things for the beach which was nice. This is my wife and I third time in Hawaii. First time with our three kids and we were here 18 nights. I’d highly recommend this hotel for all those reasons. Niko was extremely helpful and I’m thankful for everything he did to make our family vacation special.

The location was great! It’s right in the middle of down town Waikiki, so everything is within walking distance! The assigned parking spot was not easy to get in and out of and we found the room to be kind of dirty. The balcony had a good view to relax and people watch and the full kitchen was nice to have.

I love the free garage parking!! Best shower water pressure. Kitchen is perfect size and equipped. I just wish there was a dish washer. Balcony is awesome. Bed is great!

Excellent location, in the heart of Waikiki, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, Room/studio nice size and very comfortable. If you’re renting a car having a parking space is super plus. Very pleased with their service!

I didn’t get to stay the price was not Walmart was advertised. No one there to check in. Still was charged

We extended our stay because the price was good and the location was great and it included free parking so we rented a car to explore the rest of the island. It’s not a hotel so you don’t get service per se but niko was very responsive when we requested to extend our stay, get an extra blanket, and recommend a place to hike. Good base camp for exploring the island or walking to the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants of Waikiki.

The property manager was so rude and did not help me with anything during stay ... Room was filled with bed bugs and cockroaches... Found a dead cat under the bed and couldn't sleep due to the next door neighbor trying to poop while being constipated all night I rate this place a -10 I'd rather die of covid-19 before I check in to this hell hole again,!

Please be informed that I left apartment based on fact that there is no water ! Nothing! As per security request I supposed to take a shower on the basement!!!!Kindly proceed cash refund please
