This deluxe studio is in the Royal Kuhio building. We manage 39 units and are offering a rare experience opportunity to stay in one of our units. Each unit has a full kitchen, including a box of chocolate macadamia nuts and 4 bottles of water to WELCOME you to our property. You will be in one of our units. We have carpeted units and wood floors.
Please provide your preference and we will do everything to accommodate your request. Do you prefer to face Diamond Head, the Ali Wai, the fireworks or Ocean?
The Ocean View units are on Kuhio Avenue and are the loudest from the street noise. You will also have one complimentary assigned parking spot in the secured parking lot in the building.

With a cozy living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The bathroom is equipped with a vanity, medicine cabinet, 3 drawers, mirrored closet doors, refreshing shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the convenience of amenities like A/C, heating, and an iron and a full kitchen. Plus, take advantage of the fitness room. Or soak up some rays at the beautiful pool or put some fresh fish or chicken on one of the several BBQ grills on site.
This deluxe studio sleeps 4. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Sleeping area can be closed off with patrician doors. Bed is a queen. Amble closet space, safe, vanity, private toilet and shower. Both bed and living room share the TV, but the lanai overlooks the city, so you will have a spectacular view.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything; refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots and pans plus utensils. There is even a dining table for 4.
This unit is inside the Royal Kuhio building within the Lifetime in Hawaii management. There's security and a key fob is required to access the elevators and parking garage. You will have one designated parking spot included at no additional charge, through secured gate entrance.
The unit is well maintained, professionally cleaned prior to your stay and afterwards. You will receive two fresh towel exchanges through your stay. Just place your dirty towels in the laundry basket included, and your towels will be exchange for fresh towels.
The Royal Kuhio building is centrally located on Kuhio Avenue. The bus stops at the corner. You are walking distance to everything and everywhere in Waikiki. You are a short two block walk from world famous Waikiki Beach, plus a quick walk to many, many restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. A car is recommended to see the sights on the island but not needed if only hanging out in Waikiki.

Due to food, allergies it’s easiest for me to eat most of my meals in the condo. The kitchen had everything I needed to feel at home. The condo is well laid out and was very comfortable for two people. Bath towels, etc. were picked up Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Plus on Friday, the very friendly and competent cleaning staff clean the apartment and changed our sheets. We received excellent service from the office staff. If we come back, we will book this condo again.

I want to start by sharing how wonderful Jeanette was to work with! When I booked my 7 day reservation I let Jeanette know that we were here to find housing for my student starting grad school at UH Manoa. She said if we needed more time to let her know and she’d be happy to extend the stay. We did, and she worked with me to stay another week. She even offered a late checkout on the final day to help diminish the stress of getting my daughter set up in her apartment. The condo worked very well for us. The location on Waikiki was perfect for an early morning walk or a nighttime swim. We were close to Ala Moana where we could find everything we needed to shop for. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed. I used the workout facilities which had all the equipment I needed. The WiFi on the 7th floor recreation deck was perfect for my remote work when I needed to log on during the second week of our stay. Having parking included with the booking was a huge bonus. Most places you’ll pay an extra 20-40/night for that. The on-site management was polite and helpful whenever needed - they printed a form we needed and answered questions whenever needed.

The property was clean and in the heart of all activity. My family lives near Pearle city so about a 25min drive with traffic. Not bad. Would stay again

Location was great. 10 minute walk to beach. Room was good. Kitchen with utensil and pots and pans. Great view from room. Enjoyed the Friday night fure works from our lanai. Free parking was a huge plus and the security was a great piece of mind.
