Quiet in the middle of the City

Great guest house for the price we paid in a convenient location within Chiang Mai’s Old town. Room was spacious with a fridge and hot water. The staff were very friendly and gave us advice how to get around to various attractions.

staff were very helpful and friendly. the hotel was modern and very clean. it was close to downtown and the night market. hotel arranged for a scooter for us and gave us many travel directions. best hotel we've stayed in Asia so far. had hot water and internet. good value!!

This was my first and last time staying in a guesthouse.
It felt like a hostel, but with my own room.
The location of the guesthouse is great for being central to all of Old City's main attractions, but the guesthouse is not initially easy to find.
The room facilities are to a poor standard, but provide everything you need.
Staff were helpful when necessary.
Overall, staying in this guesthouse was manageable when in need of sleep, but nothing more.
I will opt for a hotel next time.
