What’s not to like at the Hilton?

This hotel could use with a makeover. The carpet in the hallways is lifting in the middle and could pose a tripping hazard. There was luke warm water at best, for my morning shower, not enough hot water to service the demands of early morning business people.

Great location just off the highway but close to lots of amenities. Interior of property bright and spacious. Excellent and accessible parking to entrance.

Front desk said my room number out loud while I strange man stood behind me (I was with 3 female children). So the hotel didn’t adhere to my privacy. No cribs/playpens like other Hampton Hotels, small selection of tea (but the honey was locked up in the kitchen), breakfast was limited and burnt. I wasn’t the only customer who was searching for breakfast items (stir sticks weren’t near coffee/ tea, cereal spoons on the other side). I called front desk a couple times to ask a question and no one would answer. I went to the front twice and NO ONE WAS THERE!

It was disappointing to find out after we’d checked into our room at Hampton, went for supper and returned, then to ask the clerk were the pool was only to be told it wasn’t in working order. It didn’t say that on Hotels.com. We chose this hotel because it said it had a pool. Very disappointing.

Very good he wheelchair and sit to stand lift. Bed a little high to transfer into. Need has railing around bottom. Cannot get lift under bed. Set up straddling corner. It worked but not great

Breakfast was not as good as other Hampton Suites hotels we have stayed at.
Room air conditioner was noisy and didn’t blow much air, thermostat had no display.

The room smelled. Used the pine air freshner from my car. Matresss needed to be flipped. Air conditioner fan was rattling. Bathroon fawcett was lose. One shower door didn’t open. Room door didn’t shut properly.

Easy to locate. Close to shopping and restaurants. A few small things but elevator entrance and hallway in need of cleaning and maintenance. Hall carpet was poorly installed and not appealing to look at. No iron board or hair dryer in room. However no problem to get from front desk but inconvenient. Over all would stay again.

This stay was below average for the establishment. The breakfast was disappointing, a subpar excuse for a meal. One of our towels had a dark curly hair rolled into it, and the elevators were sketchy at best. I've stayed at this hotel a few times before, but quality significantly faltered this time, so can't say I'll be going back.

This hotel needs some love and attention. Carpets are in poor shape and could be a trip hazard. It is not the cleanest hotel either.

Our stay was disappointing, the pool was under construction and it’s been under construction for some time is the way we understand it. That info should be shared on the hotels.com site. In addition the breakfast offering was limited- waffle maker broken and the hot food items were not very appetizing. The facility itself is seeing a need for an update. Carpeting is worn in the corridors. For the price of this stay we will not return .

While the hotel is a convenient location and staff were pleasant, the overall appearance and condition of the hotel is best described as tired. Carpeting is well worn and stretched in the hallways, appliances for breakfast were not working and the ice machine was out of service.

We recently stayed at a Hampton in Belfast with a group of 20 of us. That property was a much better experience for all of us. The breakfast was excellent there as well as the service and facility. Comparing to this place in Regina it did not rate as good. The carpet throughput your facility is a HUGE tripping hazard. The breakfast in comparison to Belfast was just minimal. I would stay again at a Hampton and hope the next one would be a closer match to the Belfast one.

We were not informed when booking that the pool was closed for Reno’s and the whole reason for staying here was for the kids to swim during our stay. When checking in the lady behind the desk was quite rude as well, especially when we asked about the pool.
The room was clean and beds were comfy.

The carpets were terrible in the hotel. They’re all bunching and loose. It makes the hotel look alittle rundown.

We never ended up staying as we had an ev and they advertised ev charging which they do not have, a pool which was closed due to maintenance (it was stated to be closed if you scroll down to the bottom in fine print) and to top it off the front desk clerk kept complaining about some guest’s dog that had attacked her. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. Asked for my credit card back and left.

I'm an Hilton member as well so travelled lots of time in an Hilton, this one was a bit underpar.

There was noticeable rippling in the carpet hallway and elevator area on the 2nd floor. The carpets poor condition could have caused a tripping hazard.

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was cold, the juice was watery, and the toaster was broken (pretty much a terrible breakfast experience all the way around). The pool was closed and it wasn’t properly reported on Expedia and we’d been looking forward to using the pool after a long day of driving. Had I known the pool was shut down, I would have booked elsewhere.

Carpet was loose and torn in hallway. Main floor button in the elevator was damaged and unusable.

Many things were not working, poorly assembled or broken. The ice machine was not working. The mini fridge temperature control was broken and could not adjust it, the bathroom faucet was not fastened to the counter so turning it on or off was more difficult and the shower knob was so tight it felt like it was going to snap. The carpet on the second floor is so loose it's almost a tripping hazard.
